We had the pleasure of visiting Hayfield homes at Bromham a few days ago. We were welcomed by Katy, who could not have been more helpful. The quality of the show home was exquisite. We certainly hope that in the future we may own a Hayfield home of our own!

We went to view a potential purchase at West Lavington site and we were shown around by Joe, he was very knowledgeable on the site and the different styles of houses we could afford answering all our questions with ease.
If we buy or not it’s worth Hayfield knowing they have an excellent ambassador for the company.

We met Joe Baross initially on enquiring about the new homes in West lavington. He has been informative throughout the whole process, from viewing the property to putting in an offer . He has given his time and knowledge without us being rushed, and has kept intouch throughout. We found him very well presented, and the office always immaculate . Joe appears very happy in his role. Looks like a very well run site.

Great tour of the show home and lots of answers to many questions. Took trouble to explain and point things out, good knowledge of the home and the plans.

We visited the site at Great Lavington and were met by Joe Baross, with whom we had made an appointment. He was very welcoming and I have to comment that he was dressed cleanly and smartly, representing an organised company.
He was extremely knowledgeable about all the construction and answered any questions we had, with confidence. After ascertaining our interests and needs he showed us round the properties we requested to see. He also offered us a drink as we had travelled a long way.
We also noted that he was very polite to a couple who had turned up without an appointment, but could not be accommodated at that time.(He was on his own).
We have been impressed by the cleanliness of your sites for visitors, no muddy shoes to take home. That was much appreciated. All in all, a very good impression. AND we love your houses!

Between Christmas and New Year we decided wanted to downsize from our large family house to a smaller home.
After a wander around Hayfield Rise & a visit to the show home our decision was made.
We met Joe Barros who has within one month secured a reserve on our future 'Lavington' home.
Joe has been invaluable with his help answering every question & query that has arisen.
His professional informative & personalised attention has been the key to moving forward so quickly.
We are so grateful to Joe for his constant attention to every need even down to us choosing the finishes for & look forward to moving into our beautiful new home.

We turned up on the off chance to view the show home. The SDM, Joe Baross, was excellent - professional, informative and helpful. His open approach was both refreshing and useful. Couldn’t have done any more!

Recently visited the new build development in Bedford. Such a beautiful show home and stunning development. Small and quaint which is very tranquil . When meeting Francesco in the sales office, he was very informative about the houses and the local area.

Highly recommended. Great experience from Claire and Annabelle in the Sales office. Such a lovely surprise to have helpful pleasant young people answering questions about the build and different aspects of each design.

I recently visited Hayfield Patkand was greeted by Francesco and Katy, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Francesco genuine warmth created a positive and inviting atmosphere that persisted throughout my entire visit. The personalized attention and friendly demeanor of Francesco left a lasting impression. Thank you for putting my faith back in New homes.

We visited Hayfield Park a few weeks ago and we’re so impressed with the quality and style of the homes. Although we won't be in a position to buy for another couple of years the sales team, Katy and Francesco were so lovely and helpful. They took so much time to tell us about the development even though they knew our situation. We were made to feel so welcome and are so happy we decided to drop in.

Had a lovely visit to Hayfield lodge last week and the sales staff were so friendly and helpful. I was greeted by Stephanie and Katy who told me a bit about the development. Katy showed me all the standard features and fittings within the show home which was just beautiful! And then I met Samantha whilst looking over the model of the whole development and I was really impressed with the garden sizes and open space. The whole experience was delightful - very pleased to have discovered Hayfield builders.

Every process with buying our home to any snags has been an effortless process.
Brilliant quality on materials used.
And great aftercare. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Hayfield Park development over the weekend. Katy and Francesco were a pleasure to meet. They took their time in showing us around the model and helped us with looking for the right property.

We brought our Hayfield Home July 2020
We had numerous problems dealt with. But we did not realise the problem with our guttering after our 2 years warranty had run out. When we have downpour the water cascades over the top of the guttering. I got another Roofing company to do a report and they told me the guttering has been put up incorrectly and the water is flowing in the wrong direction not going to the down pipe. Also since this has happened we have a wet patch on our living room carpet inside the living room where the water cascading down is coming through under the French doors
NHBC don’t cover the guttering but advised me to go back to Hayfields. Unfortunately Hayfields don’t want to know which is a shame.

We visited today, to see the layout of the site and view the homes as we are new to the area. We are looking for a modern home with the latest heating that is also eco friendly. These homes tick the boxes. Joe was the onsite manager who was very helpful, answering all our questions and showed us around. The homes are a quality build and the show home is beautiful.

Annabelle & Claire were fantastic. We first met Annabelle. We had a couple of visits to the Crescent. Annabelle was very informed on the product and spent a lot of time with us answering our questions. We subsequently returned and met Claire. She was just the same and we had a similarly great experience.
