Oxygen concentrator
Needed an oxygen concentrator to use it immediately due to my illness. Fiona dealt with my order very promptly and although there were just a few days before Christmas, I received the concentrator two days after ordering it.
Cannot thank enough to Fiona and HCE.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE
We have had excellent relationship with HCE in respect of procurement and supply of medical equipment and accessories. In logistic issues of delivery and communication, we receive prompt response and prompt action where necessary including getting quotations and clarification where the need arises.
This has been a satisfactory relationship as there is mutual trust and confidence between both parties. Where there is shortage of delivery of goods, there is always prompt response in investigating and sending the balanced quantity without doubt and hesitation.
The management of HCE and our account manager -Nathan White has strengthened our business relationship that has been in existence for the past 12 years and we have no regret doing business with HCE.

Good morning, regarding your customer service it is extremely good. The only thing that bothers me is that we have to wait quite a bit for the equipment to be available and ready for shipping. We, as a company understands it, but our customers don't.
