I recently contacted HCE to request product pricing & information. I spoke to a gentleman called Nathan who understood all that was needed and then swiftly sent on the information required. Great customer service.

We were supported all the way from the time our order was placed until it reached our office. Despite the delays encountered because of COVID pandemic restrictions, Nathan was very helpful and prompt in responding to our emails considering the difference in our time zones.

They were great to work with, very responsive and accommodating. All the equipment we ordered to be shipped to the Philippines arrived as expected despite all the challenges with the Philippine's Customs Office.
