I have just had the most fantastic service from this company. I have recently had some bad experiences with other companies whilst trying to obtain a battery for my oxygen concentrator. I stumbled upon this company yesterday and today I am sitting with my new battery charging up. Actually I can hardly believe it and I would recommend this company to anybody and especially if they need help with dealing with the computerised form filling. My assistant was so patient and helpful. So I give them full marks all round. Thank you so much

Still no product after 2 months from order!
I have called them several times in total to receive a number of excuses including that “they have no staff to process the order”.
Amazing that you can get stuff from the EU via Amazon next day delivery, and yet shipping to a UK postcode from Ipswich takes 2 months?!
Finally on the fifth occasion of calling I was told by a woman with zero interpersonal skills that I should receive it next week. If it hasnt arrived by then I will contact my credit card company and cancel the original transaction.

First time ordering from this company. I got a response immediately on the livechat and requested a quote, which was emailed to me directly. My order arrived on time and as described, can't fault it! Would definitely order from them again.

I called up their customer service to enquire about some equipment I needed to order. The lady I spoke to was accommodating and took time to speak to another department and supplier to fully respond to my questions (later sending me an email follow-up). I was provided with an honest lead time which I appreciated.

I ordered a stethoscope from HCE 4 weeks ago and after no update for one week I contacted them. I was told the item was on back order and wouldn't arrive with them until the end of the month, but there was no notice on the website that it was out of stock.
Come the end of the month and I've still had no update to my order.
After having no response to multiple emails I've lost patience and requested a refund.
Now I've been told their single member of staff that processes refunds won't be in work until next week and my money will continue to sit in their account until then.
Avoid at all costs. Poor transparency, poor customer service and very slow to respond to enquiries. I wish I'd just spent a bit more and ordered from MediSave.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered online from this company it has been 3 weeks now and I still have not recieved my order. The only email i recieved was an 'order confirmation'. I phoned them a week later to see where my order was and the guy was SO rude! He said none of my items were instock. I spoke to Fiona in the purchasing department promised me my order would be delivered the following week (which i asked for confirmation in an email but she refused) but the following nothing was delivered. I phoned again and the guy that answered was so rude and kept speaking over me. I told him to please let me finish and then he could speak, he accused me of telling him to shut up which i never said and remind him that the phone calls were being recorded. He then put the phone down on me. I have had to reschedule clients appointments and I've had to buy from my items from a more reliable company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Comms and time to deliver issues. If there was a ‘good’ rather than ‘great’ option i would have used that. Ordered an office chair. Overall, happy with my purchase, but took a long time to arrive (ordered 22nd May, arrived 24th June). No comms from HCE to keep me updated, so had to complain. Once i did, very prompt response. If better comms on time taken for order processing, this would avoid complaints and customers thinking they may have been scammed.

One year ago I bought a treatment couch for my acupuncture practice. I bought a couch with the wrong features and it would have been a disaster but I was able to talk with Tom at the Mediplinth headquarters and his customer service and technical skills got me the perfect couch. I would only order one after talking with him. He redesigned the frame to give me extra possibilities for arm rests and a head rest. If I hadn't talked with him i would have had to pay 30% restocking fee and wouldn't have found the right couch. One year on and I get compliments all the time. My couch is narrow enough for body work and with the arm rests holds wider people. Thank you Tom!

Ordered start of Feb - ordered because all items shown as in stock (and thats why we didnt use our usual supplier) ..... a month later, no comms at all, and the products turned up. Emailed their sales email .... no reply, spoke to their online chat (which isnt run or operated by them it seems) and got told 'someone will email you'. Considering we spend nearly £30k on ppe / cleaning per year, this supplier is firmly on our 'do not use'

I ordered a fridge online which then ended up being the incorrect one for the purpose we needed it for. The money had gone from my account into there account but yet they said they could not issue me with a refund and I would have to call my bank. Never in my history of purchasing goods online have I had anyone say they cannot refund the money to me. I now have to go through a whole bank refund process which is really supposed to be for refunds which are disputed, this will take several months.
Shambolic service I would not recommend buying from them. What company say “sorry I can’t refund you the money that I Have take from you as we have not received the money” even though the bank has already told me the money was in there account.
