HeaWea MicroGen has helped me. After about 3 weeks of using the Blood Purifier. I really didn't notice much at first but realised that my sweat (and I live in Ghana, a tropical country) didn't smell as much (scoring 2 instead of 8 on a scale of 1-10). I am using it for three other reasons, and I believe with a bit of patience, in the next few weeks, I shall see positive results. Thank you HeaWea.

From the start, Anne was super helpful in helping guide me in choosing the right product for me, explaining the differences etc. I purchased an Microzgen for myself and a Spooky 2 Generator kit for my elderly parents. I'm currently in the process of learning how everything works and post sale Anne has been an absolute delight in continuing to guide me. I really appreciate the help. It's too early to tell the results but I am seeing some effects of the machine and Facebook is a great safe place for support and tips. I am very happy with my 2 Microgen Devices that I got about 3 weeks ago, It is very convenient to have a Contact Treatment with a Portable Device. I run Blood Purifier on one device an Zapper on the other in the same time.
Leo Qi is very good and knowledgeable in his prompt and at the object answers to my questions. I appreciate his answers very much. Thank you very much Leo Qi!

Great service and help from your support, Jared Jiang, who went far beyond expectations to help with my Heawea Microgen.

Not really sure how this works - but it works! I have chronic arthritis and my left knee became so bad I couldn't straighten in. One session of the Heawea and I'm walking without any pain or stiffness. Now a household staple!

I purchased a Heawea Microgen two years ago. I had tried a friend's first, so I knew it worked. It gets used a lot - I'm pretty active, so I get injured with some regularity and it reduces my recovery time. I've needed to use customer service a couple of times, but the most recent time was a real standout. I simply couldn't get my Microgen to connect to the computer. I had tried a few cables, and had followed every FAQ and guide. Jared at Microgen support consistently helped me to try to get it going again. (Ultimately I tried a 4th cable, which worked, which is what Jared had told me to do). Good customer service is rare these days. I'm so glad I bought the Microgen. I can't recommend the experience highly enough.

I highly recommend Microgen.
The product quality is consistently outstanding.
Customer service I cannot fault, kind supportive and prompt.
With the health issues I have Microgen has given me more mobility over the last months and eased my pain to the level where I have more than halved my pain medication.
Finally, a very big thank you to Jared Jiang for all his kindness and support, he is a credit to the team.

I had many questions about Microgen and Anna was helping me. She sent me Whatsapp message and our communication was fast and right to the point. She solved my concerns, was very polite and professional. Thanks Anna.

I was having difficulty uploading the terrain program into my MicroGen and requested support. Vicky responded very quickly (there is a significant time difference). She was very helpful, throrough (we had to exchange a few emails) and kind. The problem was solved and I am enjoying my new set of programs.

The tech pointed me at the exact documentation I needed to do the task.

Lisa was very knowledgeable & helped me with all my questions . She is an asset to the company . She was kind & patient with me as I had a lot of questions for her .i thank her & your company for a good customer service
