Tina helped me today to sort out an issue I had with downloading the firmware for HeaWea. I'm not very cognisant with computers and easily make mistakes. Tina was so patient and so helpful leading me through the complicated unraveling process to a fantastic outcome. And that's not all, she also gave me some excellent advice on a programme I could use for my daughter's health issue.
