Faulty USB Cord on Arrival, but Replacement sent
Microgen came with a faulty USB cord. Customer service pushed back a bit on sending a replacement cord but did ultimately send a cord quickly. Worked perfectly after that.

I responded to a post from someone that reached out to HeaWea over a software issue. I simply posted I was having the same issue and a HeaWea person reached out to me as well. We had to communicate from across the globe time differences, but they were on top as soon as they opened up. End result - great response and my issue was fixed based on their feedback /response. I'd heard their support was great and now I can say I've experienced it being great first hand. The MicroGen has helped me with a number of issues already in the month I've had it.

I truely can’t understand why these people haven’t got a full five stars, & that one person has put “bad” as their experience. I can honestly say I have seldom, if ever, dealt with a company, where people are so helpful, giving of themselves, going that extra step to help & give satisfaction, & all for the benefit of humanity, I think it says more about the person who gave a “bad” vote than it does about the Hewea crew! All I can say is a heartfelt thanks and pray you go from strength to strength, may happiness and blessings abound:-)x
