Just had a great experience with Tina in Spooky Support. I don't have a lot of computer experience so Tina helped me get signed into Skype and Team Viewer so she could check my computer/MicroGen. I think most of the problems I was having were "operator errors" but she checked everything out, updated my firmware (properly), and suggested I download a different version of the siftware. My MicroGen seems to be running perfectly now. I really appreciate the time she spent with me but most of all her patience.

I was attended very kindly and very very patiently by Kelly who responded all my doubts and make everything I needed to accomplish my purchase

Excellent customer service, quick responses to my questions, explained me about the Paypal payment I had problem with, use of the Heawea device and software update.

I had trouble with the cable light not turning on, so I could not be sure whether the unit was actually operating. Kally at Support was very helpful, gave clear step by step test instructions and came up with a diagnosis pretty quickly, Kally then proceeded find a solution immediately. Thank you.

Seriously impressive customer service! I contacted them with an issue. When I was unable to respond via email immediately, they continued to contact me until I was able to get it sorted out. Lisa helped me get it worked out, even in the middle of the night! I truly appreciate all the concern Lisa showed in getting my situation solved! I can not recommend her enough!

ATTENTION le logiciel est uniquement en Anglais, vous allez passer votre temps à faire Google Translate. Il n'est pas possible de faire copier/coller. Vous devrez donc retaper le texte lettres par Lettres. John White refuse de donner accès à la base de l'onglet programme pour faciliter la traduction pour les Francophones, Cela est d'autant plus grotesque que vous trouverez sur Amazon un livre avec les mêmes informations et si vous insistez vous serez bani de Facebook sans aucun forme de procès, vos posts seront effacés de Facebook, Ainsi vous allez vous retrouver comme d'autres à mettre votre matériel dans le placard, parce que vous n'arrivez pas à comprendre ce que vous faites. Ce qui est la moindre des choses.
Sincèrement il est impossible de dire si le matériel fonctionne réellement. Il n'y a pas de service après vente, ni de salariés en Europe. Que des bénévoles. Donc il ne faut pas trop compter sur de l'aide. Beaucoup de post sur Facebook reste sans réponse. Par contre pour vendre aucun problème des champions, là il n'y a aucun problème de traduction. L'ensemble des groupes Facebook sont gérés par des administrateurs chinois, des grands spécialistes de la sensures en un clic. En cas de panne du matériel, dommage pour vous.
En conclusion : il serait temps d'arrêter le bricolage, d'écouter et de respecter vos clients car nous avons des droits, et en premier, d'être correctement inform. Je suis très surpris par autant d'avis positifs, car si j'étais tombé sur mon post je n'aurai jamais investi autant c'est certain.

i have been liaising with Kally to assist in a problem i had with my Microgen. The service i have received is outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to assist me. so wonderful to see dedication from your support team to solve problems. the product is truly a blessing and have it on virtually 24/7. i am amazed how John White and his team put this technology into such a small and portable unit making it so user friendly and accessible. the after sale service is more than 5 star.
