I brought MicroGen and it really help me with some ailments,on me and my family.
When it was a support problem, not only they were quick and supportive, but also solve my problem very, very well. I really recommend this company from all my heart !!!

Laura Tao has been assisting me. I find her thorough, knowledgeable, courteous & very helpful. She’s very caring & reply’s very promptly to my emails.

I purchased a second Heawea device for my daughter, but it arrived with a damaged lanyard. I am sure this is very rare. I contacted Heawea support who are replacing the damaged part and shipping it to me. I am looking forward to receiving it to provide it to my daughter for her use. My daughter's holistic doctor also has and uses a Heawea.

For the efficiency of the support by Kally Yao I'm very satisfied,
But it is not correct to oblige your customers to buy a computer running under Windows. My personal computer works with Linux as more and more people.
I don't understand why it's so difficult for you to propose a Microgen software running under Linux!!!!!!! It's why I put only 4 stars.

Exceptional support and service provided by Lisa Zhang.
By using team viewer and whats app, we were able to problem solve the issue through to a successful resolution.

When I was getting ready to place my order I used the chat to see if there were any discounts available. They provided me with a discount code and stayed with me while I placed my order...then confirmed they had received it. Very patient and friendly representative. Excited to receive my HeaWea MicroGen!

Zoey was very helpful in diagnosing a faulty Microgen. She jumped on WhatsApp and Teamviewer to remote access my computer and troubleshoot. I am happy to report that despite the time difference we were able to communicate rather seamlessly once we connected. Sat my unit went faulty, Monday night usa time we troubleshooted and now a unit may arrive by Friday. Chaffee Cline in the USA also helped during the weekend before sending me to Spooky 2 headquarters. Because I felt attended to I am confident to buy more Microgen units soon for my family. With 3 kids we can definitely benefit from more than one unit, but my youngest now sleep in the scalar field with me at night and we get or multivitamins and emf detox together every night. ♥️♥️♥️ thanks Zoey. Thanks also Kally Chloe and Vicky all who have helped me in the past.
