Helpful and easy to use on line interface. Positive response to rapid response. Washed clothes well packed , clean and dry. Late delivery if requested.

Fast service and all cloths folded neatly and nice

My wife and I are on holiday and needed to have laundry done. We are not from the area so we had to look on line. We found, Hello Laundry had a good rating. We used them and they picked up on time, delivered on time and kept us connected to let us know the status of our laundry. Pricing was reasonable and everything was neatly folded, in a bag from Hello Laundry. Very impressed.

Here’s the thing …you have an option of the services but when this company take your items they do not correctly label them to their price list and confuse you with bundles.

The quality of items returned are not great as they still had stains and did not use non-bio detergent that I provided

Would not recommend as they charge for items before sending an invoice or quote. Please do not use as better to go to launderette

For 3 bundles I was charge £272 which is astonishing. Beware

The reviews must be from family/friends as this company does not operate honestly. Do not rely on their timing as they will ALWAYS delay your collection & Delivery. Customer service is ok with them as they just make you hear what you want to hear however they do not deliver their guarantee.

They are a fantastic company. Very hard working, good and customer friendly. Good price and fast service. Would highly recommend.

Arrived late to pick up laundry. Our clothes arrived back to us the next day still damp and smelling musty. We hung them up to dry them further. Once they did dry they were too smelly to wear.we had to find another service to wash them again! Would not recommend or use this service again!

First time using this service as washing machine had broken down. Came out that day to collect washing and had it back the nxt day with no problems and i had a very large amount to be done. Great value for money, would recommend again and use on the near future for other services like ironing and repair. Very happy.

DO NOT USE!!
I was searching for laundry service and found HelloLaundry so I decided to give them a go as they had decent reviews. While trying to create the account I received a call from Hello Laundry saying you have 3 webpages open if she could help with anything. I asked why she was contacting me especially when she stalking me. After talking I decided to talk to her about the request it looked like it was okay and legit company even though my gut said otherwise. Anyways she said all looks good and they could pick up the order the same day between 3- 5 pm. I specified I wanted the tshirts dry cleaned she said she could deliver the next day around the same time - I knew I was giving quite a few t-shirts so I gave an extra day in the morning.
On the day of the pickup as I hadn't heard just wanted to make sure my items would be delivered by 11 am so gave them a call around 1030. I was told it wouldn't be delivered by 1130. I asked why it changed and why wasn't I notified - they stated they have a 30 minute period so they can do a good job. I told them I needed the items in by 11 and that I gave them the extra day as well as having plans of leaving for appointments after 11. The gentleman started raising his voice and telling I was being difficult and that its 1030 he had 1/2 hour to get it to me. He cut the phone call saying he had to get the work done and hung up on me.
I received a text at 1051 saying the items would arrive in 14 min at 1105 am. They didn't arrive until 1115. Upon arrival the driver said you can count the t shirts on first look there was a shirt I didn't recognize and told him it was not mine. There was a shirt missing. The clothes arrived damp wet and he said it was the dry cleaning process. The clothes didn't look professionally done at all.
I contacted them through the web chat as they wouldn't answer my phone calls called 3 times and they would hang up without answering.
During the web chat I was told they would look at the CCTV and see where the t-shirt went and if its with them they would get it back to me. I asked how long it would take to look in to the matter they said 24 hours.
Lets see what happens will provide an update when I receive one.

Update: I did not receive a phone call so called them at 330 they said its Sunday who works on Sunday and I am not sure who stated they would get back to you on Sunday. I told him I saved the chat he said good email it and the legal team will pay you for the shirt and I lied.
I have never met a more rude person on the phone.

OMG! A few days ago I ordered a pick up for my laundry (scheduled for 2 days from now), but I had to cancel today. I had put down a deposit of 20 pounds. Although I had canceled almost 48 hours in advance, he said he was gonna only refund me 10 pounds. HALF! Per terms and conditions! And, no. I hadn’t read the terms and conditions closely. I asked him If I would also have to give up my firstborn child as well—-you know: terms and conditions. I told him that was Unacceptable, and he finally agreed to refund me the full amount. WARNING! I took a screenshot of the texts. Here they are:

ME: cancel it anyway and refund me the 20.
HIM: We will refund 10 pounds as we have 10 pound cancel fee.
ME: What? Why? I don’t think so!
HIM: As our terms and conditions
ME: So, if I cancel ahead of time I still pay you 10 pounds for nothing? Do you get my firstborn child as well?
HIM: May I ask the reason for your cancellation?
ME: It doesn’t matter the reason. Your service is awful And you haven’t even done anything yet.
HIM: Don’t judge anyone like this.

Very good service and very friendly service

Their service is amazing, at first I was worried if it’s going to be a sketchy job but they did it in 24 hours and received my clothes back the next day, they collect it and deliver it.

I have been using their wash and trumble services for over a year. The quality has been improved a lot. They have obviously upgraded their machines after the expansion some 2 months ago. The clothes are no longer damp after trumble dry. The whole lot of laundry is now perfectly folded with no extra cost which is a big plus.

Hello Laundry pick up and deliver on time, the quality of service is good and the prices are inexpensive. And they do a 24-hour turnaround if you need it. There are a lot of laundry services out there, but some of their prices are quite extortionate and their services is certainly no better. Highly recommend.
