Absolutely awful, I booked for a 7-9AM collection, they called and said they'd collect at 2-4pm (fine), but the driver didn't arrive till 8pm (4 hours delayed!) They returned the dress the next day with no alterations done. They didn't even ring the doorbell they just left the dress outside the door!! Useless and a waste of time

Communication was bad booked a time slot to be collected at 11 came after 5
I had the wash dry and iron service
I was completely disgusted by the iron. I re ironed everything before I put it away would never use this company again

Booked this on line and through the app.
They never returned one of my deposits, miss d the pick up time. I called and got told they would be there that evening. When I got in contact again that evening they told me that cancelled my order and they didn’t cover area.

Didn’t collect the laundry, didn’t contact at all to say they wouldn’t collect, no apology and the £20 deposit has been taken from my account with no proactive contact about a refund.

No one showed up and there's no where on the app to ask what's going on. All I got was a refund of the initial deposit and the job showing completed

Missed pick up time by 2 hours. was told multiple times my items would be delivered on Sunday (my chosen delivery slot).

Called them Sunday night to find out that rather than deliver them when they repeatedly said they would (and when I made clear I need them by), they'd instead shipped my clothes off to Barking without any communication in between.

Spent the next 2 hours arguing with me and being completely unwilling to remedy the mess they created by returning my items at a time that actually works for me and not them!

Was also sassed by the manager or business owner in between and now they're just ignoring me, while possessing my clothes which I'm not sure I'll ever see again in one piece...

My pillow cases and duvet cover came back ripped to shreds with holes in the fabric. I’m not sure how this happened to them but they were fairly new, I’d had them a year, and they were not damaged when I sent them out.

Late to pick up, late to drop off and the price was almost 5 times more than my usual company. Will never use again

Fast and efficient service. Best experience we could have hoped for!

Bad experience, the cost was very expensive and there is a shirt I found a stain in the middle of it and now I can't wear it anymore

Gave them 33 pieces to dry-clean. That was not cheap. They were more than 2 hours late to deliver everything. And they ruined my winter coat. All the leather was ruined. They offered to offer 20% off my next order (this order was unusual, but my orders are usually around £15/20 which would mean a £4 discount off my next order). They ruined my coat and then expect me to be happy with a £4 discount.. Worst dry cleaning service ever. Avoid at all cost.

Timing was a little out i had to check up on the return but i wasnt in a rush. Clothes came back well packed. A very useful and valued serviced after getting behind on my washing following injury

I advised the driver that all 4 x bags were dark or colours and could be mixed to make up full loads. Prior to return of my laundry I noticed £80 deducted from my credit card. There was no invoice or contact made to explain breakdown of charges. I used the online chat and was told there were 3 x blankets charged at £15 each = £45. There was no mention on their website that blankets would be washed and charged separately and what the price was. Had I been contacted about this then I would have asked them not to wash the blankets at such an expensive price. Despite several emails chasing a response and refund I was ignored. The customer services manager then called me only to argue about the details of my complaint. I have found this company to be rude and unprofessional. They have since updated their website with the blanket prices and I have received a partial refund but no written response or apology. I would not use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely love Hello Laundry. Brilliant service, wonderful staff and super fast turnaround. Our laundry always smells fresh and comes nicely folded which saves us an extra job. Fans and loyal customers for life! Thank you for making life with a baby simpler and easier.

Charged me extra for items I never asked for, because of a mistake the pick-up-driver made. Refused to refund me. Offered me a 20% percent discount on my next order, which I never received. Left my laundry, without warning in the hall way, next to the street door. On the phone they kept interrupting me, never apologised, and subsequently hung up. Though the washing job was decent, costumer service was not, and I will not be using this service again.

The dress was returned badly damaged (it was a bridesmaid dress and I had no option but to wear it).

I complained to Hello Laundry on 2 occasions but received no reply. Very poor service.
