**UPDATE:** On my 4th occasion of using their service to clean 2 jackets they did a terrible job. Both jackets still have the same stains on them. Difficult and unable to communicate with their customer service team. They did not offer to clean jackets properly or give a refund.
Company has gone downhill.
They are scammers.
I WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICE EVER AGAIN. SCAM. PLEASE AVOID.

3rd time using Hello Laundry. Efficient and helpful service online and in-person. On the first 2 occasions the pick up and drop off of my items was done perfectly. On the 3rd occasion there was a slight delay but I am happy with the service and condition of my jacket.

(1) Pickup was multiple hours after the end of the agreed window of time. On both my orders.
(2) Delivery was further more hours after the end of the agreed window of time.
(3) When delivery delayed, agreed a rescheduled time for delivery but the driver arrived on a different day/time, during hours when I'd told them I'd be out. Twice.
(4) Phone line hangs up when trying to call
(5) Live chat on website goes quiet when asking about refunds
(6) Live chat disconnects and clears the transcript after a few minutes of silence
(7) No bag provided for pickup of clothes
(8) I gave my clothes in my suit carrier and asked for it to be returned. Suit carrier was not returned.

I will be deleting my account and the app

Didn't arrive as agreed to collect. They hadn't bothered to let me know ahead of time either. Unhelpful customer service who suggested I should just leave my very expensive suit outside the front door, and then couldn't suggest any alternatives.

I’ve used HelloLaundry about 6 - 8 times for a variety of laundry services. They started of pretty reliable - delivering the dry cleaning services to a high standard. Their scheduled pick up/delivery times began to get quite unreliable - in some cases they arrived a day early. With the scheduled times all over the place, it made it very difficult to arrange a day around a pick up/delivery.

I’ve now stopped using their service as two shirts I sent to them came back with EXTENSIVE BLEACH DAMAGE and are now unwearable. As seen in the attached photos - the shirts are ruined. HelloLaundry claimed the shirts arrived in that condition. My experience is this is a highly dodgy business and I would strongly recommend using any other laundry delivery business.

Have lost my polo shirt and no contact from them for two weeks.

Pick up was over 3 hours after the final scheduled pick up time. I had no idea who to talk to about when they would be returned, finally found a Chat and even though it said the return would be the next day I was told that it would be 2 days, I was traveling so I said I needed it to be returned on the day informed when I asked for the service. The clothes were returned, did not smell clean or even washed. Had to wash them all again. And I had no idea what I was going to be charged. I had a sick child with me and too much going on to take on another issue. Would not use the service again.

It took forever to get our clothes back. Several hours after the scheduled delivery time and no contact from them.

First time trying hello laundry and it was terrible - they didn’t pick up at the scheduled collection time and didn’t let me know not to expect them so we waited in unnecessarily. When I contacted customer service they rescheduled the collection but the app which I was advised to use for tracking was never updated. When the laundry was dropped off a thick sheet was still very damp so the surrounding items in the pile of ‘clean dry’ laundry were all damp and nasty smelling so we had to rewash and dry them anyway. I didn’t receive any invoice or emails about my order until almost a week later despite being told confirmation/invoicing would happen when items are dropped off. When customer service contacted me to check how I wanted to pay and I told them about the experience they just said “okay, I’ll pass it on”. Definitely won’t be using hello laundry again.

Got a white knit polo dry cleaned and it came back with brown stains all over it. Emailed the customer support address provided and never heard back, they then proceeded to bill me.

Accepted my order then apparrently outsource to someone else who said they couldn't return the clothes next day. Had to wait an extra day and received the clothes not in the bag they were collected in but a broken one of theirs.
Only used them because Laundry Heap were full.

Terrible communication. Service was scheduled for 24hrs. Picked up 36hrs late and delivered 2 days later.

Thoroughly unprofessional service. Put an order in the day before pickup. Had it confirmed in app. We waited through the allotted time window but no one showed up. Contacted hello laundry who told us ‘oh the job hadn’t been assigned’ tough luck they could come the next day. We declined that offer. No apology for wasting our time or and sense that this isn’t a way to treat customers.
I’m also still waiting for my 20pound refund to come through :(

Complete and total liars. I sent off my dry cleaning in a separate bad and they dumped all my dry cleaning into the main wash and as a last minute fixed picked out a few item, ironed them, then hung them on hangers as if they were dry cleaned. No one dry cleans exercise leggings/gear! They even sent back all of my denim(which was to be dry cleaned) back COMPLETELY DAMP. My clothing, including a silk pillow case were irreparably damaged. They have refused to respond to me after I showed them proof of the damage(including them trying to cover up their damage by bleaching clothing that explicitly says not to use bleach) .I tried to continue to support them after their business caught fire, even when my clothing was damaged by smoke, yet this is how a loyal customer is repaid: with damaged clothing, silence, and the refusal to make this right. Do not use them as these are not honest people.

Unacceptable behaviour. They have the same excuse on multiple occasions that their driver has “breakdown” and can’t deliver my laundry. They offer a refund for not being able to collect and never issue it. My clothes have come back shrunk, it’s just terrible service all round. Highly recommend not to use them, very poor service and extremely rude staff.

We were staying at the premier inn and found this place online..i stated i wanted a seperate wash once to the driver that picked up the laundry once to the man on the phone and once online...all my whites came back grey..im so angry and disappointed i complained but no reply...dont recommend at all...baaad service

Expensive wedding dress returned stinking of smoke (which in previous Post someone has mentioned a shop fire!) Material is badly damaged. They admitted to washing and leaving in the sun (which would damage fabric and make the dye run) noone kept me updated with progress. Blamed me for the state of my dress because it was muddy at the bottom, so no reason for the top to be repeatedly washed. Rude, unhelpful and charged me £120 for a dress that is now unwearable as cannot rid it of the smoke smell (which made my entire living room smell)

Noone wants to talk to you on the chat or phone. Waiting for a response from email.

Shocking service and I'm now heartbroken.

Updated I have finally had a response again blaming me for the damage and that fires are natural, so they will offer me £100 (after finding out it cost me £200 plus travel to take to the dressmakers to have my dress redyed) extremely rude on both email and calls.

AWFUL and DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE
Late for collection and no communication on their side.
Late for delivery. I had to chase them for 2 days, refusing to give the reason why they were not able to deliver my clothes. They send me an email saying the factory has burnt and that I have to wait for their insurance feedback. Awful service, they don’t want to give information on the chat and push back for email communication.
I would NEVER recommend!!
