I recently purchased a Highgrove Ava 2000 package from Chiltern Mills. It is one of the comfiest mattress I have ever bought and would not hesitate to recommend their mattresses to other people.

Purchased a Highgrove bed. We were really impressed with the level of service. Fantastic support from the team steering us in the right direction and explaining what the differences in materials and firmness etc. Made a real difference and made it a really pleasurable experience. Storage problem solved! We have just taken delivery of our new Highgrove ottoman and mattress, Wow what a great mattress that’s got us both comfortable and sleeping well. Plus now we also have a huge amount of quality storage space, what a great idea and all delivered so quickly.

Had been looking for a good bed for my wife and i for a while and finally decided to spend a Saturday buying one. We thought a firm one was best but after trying several and listening to the shop staff a medium/firm was best for us. And what a difference our Highgrove bed called the Mayfair Natural has made in only a short time, it was delivered within 2 weeks. And for a great price that we also got a new headboard as well.

I bought a hg beds rimini mattress from discount beds in Sheffield which sadly not is closed.I moved house and gave the mattress away as it was in tip top condition.I ONLY WISH I COULD BUY ANOTHER.

Highgrove Aston 1000 Pocket Ergosense Technology. Bought this with an Ottoman bed. Not cheap! Worst mattress i’ve ever slept on! No support for my hips and back. Tossing and turning all night. Too soft. Dips in the middle. Awful.,

Bought my Highgrove mattress four years ago with its 10-year warrantee. After about six months it started to acquire a pronounced Dip. I have since dutifully (as advised) rotated the mattress regularly in the hope that it would recover. It hasn't. When I sent photos of the problem to Highgrove via my local retailer the response was. Not a manufacturing fault, just "natural settlement". They are not interested.
This would indicate that slumping is a "design" feature of this mattress as it's natural for these mattresses to do this. Terrible product for the price.

2 months old and the mattress has a hole appear. Used by a child talked to retailer who talked to highgrove and despite a 10 year warranty refused to sort it as it had a stain. Shocking customer service.

Witney mattress, supposedly 2400 pocket springs and initially felt supportive when trying it in store but no. Only had it a few days and discovered that when two people are in bed it sinks dramatically in the centre of the bed, and has that awful roll-in problem. Very unhappy with it.

I have just purchased a Ortho 1000 from Devon Beds in Exeter, on taking off the plastic covering the smell that came from the mattress was really horrible after complaining to the retailer I was told to put either white vinegar, coffe grounds or an onion in water in the room to neutralise the smell, this smell was so bad I couldn’t use the room for 10 days as the smell was filling the room although the window was open, on speaking to Highgrove Beds they say my contract is with the retailer, on speaking with Devon Beds they say the manufacturer won’t do anything so it’s looking like I will have to go to trading standards if I want anything done which I will do if this problem doesn’t resolve itself which the manufacturer is saying can take up to a month

Purchased a double ottoman and 2 mattresses from Highgrove and all are superb. Mattresses tested in a showroom provide just the support we are after. Two years in and going strong.

Just had a highgrove mattress and wow what a wonderful nights sleep , for the first time in months I had a great nights sleep so soft and comfy but still supported .Didn’t Even feel my husband getting up early for work . I am so impressed wish I bought one a long time ago

Got to say its a really comfortable bed and the storage space is very useful

Really expensive product for what they offer.

This if you have a five year guarantee but it is hardly a guarantee when they charge you for a replacement when inevitably the product fails after one or two years.

I really do not believe a single five star review on this website as they all seem completely fake!

I have the same problem as nearly everyone else on this with sinking at the edges and in the middle.

I spent nearly £1000 in this product and an utter waste of money
