In December 2023 I order shutters and blinds. The shutters were never made and I received a refund. We are now in June and the blinds were made but not satisfactory- and remade. Promised to refit on 17 June and have not been given any updates. Given this roller blind was £700 I am disgusted at both the service and quality. I want a refund. If I could give 0 stars I would without hesitation.

We were impressed with Tom Advisor number 118787.
He gave us a lot time to choose our blinds with no pressure. Excellent manner. Very pleased with our blinds

After 3 months of waiting, with no proper contact, updates etc. finally they are sorted and are brilliant. Shame the company couldn’t reflect the same. Why could I not have been informed that they did not have the parts I required, rather than just keeping quiet or sending the wrong parts. ( about 7 times )
Contacting them was of no help.

Today I had my blind fitted by George coppin he was very friendly and very helpful he arrived on time and his service was excellent I highly recommend Hilary blinds

Can't get anyone from company to return my calls , they keep passing me on through different departments with no help what so ever? Even after 12 months!

Having people like Shay who not only knows the product but is consultant and fitter made for a really good experience. We had 3 electric blinds fitted very punctual, just excellent. Sue & John, Sheffield

had a guy from south wales come over to take a deposit of £600 for measured blinds.....took about 3 weeks after promised date to fit...no sign of said welshman contacted head office attempted to locate the said fitter nowhere to be seen or hear off....could not get hold of him ....suddenly reappeared after about 6 weeks from his cave fitted / ill fitted the blinds and demanded the balance of payment - £600 - i was on a course in luton missus rings up saying the said welshman needed to close the account out and would require the balance...paid balance to missus who paid said welshman.....came home less than standard job explained to missus why did we pay 1200 quid for this less than standard job job anyway bye the bye accepted the bodge job from hilarys blinds and their rogue welsh cannot get hold of contractors...no this gets better.....having accepted the bodge job, never hear from hilarys again. thank god, get a call out of the blue..er we would like to make an appointment to fix your blinds...thinking this was 2 months ago...i went yes please.....i inquired where was the original fitter.....response...er he has disappeared we cannot get hold of him....otherwise sacked. Now a fellow compatriot from wales i think so, came to 'rectify' the absolute mess the original welsh boy made a mess off. even worse, drilled holes in our brand new 13k windows......apparatety do it as a child safety thing..but never gave permission to do it....best thing the 2nd welshman, having corrected the barrells, fell off the window. I have photos of this cluster...k. and then to top it all, the 2nd welshman asked me for the balance of £300? been informed by Hilarys blinds to ensure our 2nd welshman collected an alleged balance of £300 that the first welshman ran away with before he got sacked. Told him in no uncertain words to take his body back to the valleys. contacted Hilarys head office for clarification....what do you think? my theory, is give them wide berth just like giving a wide berth to an aircraft carrier. JOKE

I have been trying to sort a matter out with regards to an quotation about some curtains I got a quote for, however after me telling the agent representative that we could not afford the cutain's from them twetve months down the line they had escalated it to an order I tried talking to them with no effect they endeavoured to talk one of us to court issuing a CCJ, no one have even tried contacting me from Hillary's even that I have put these reviews on Trustpilot

Had a guy from Hilary's blinds come to do my living room bedroom and kitchen today 22/12/2023.
I was so impressed with his professionalism and how competent he was.
His work is excellent and it has made a great difference to my home I am so grateful.

Over the past year we have all of our windows fitted with venetian blinds. Daniel (fitter no. 216589) had measured and fitted all of them. He is very efficient, prompt, friendly and reliable. He has done an excellent job. We are very pleased. Plus another way to keep the house warm!! Win, win.

I wanted to call out Martin ( 118819) from Hilary's for his outstanding customer service, professionalism and for being always being so cheerful.
I couldn't have asked for more.... Hilary's, he is an asset to your company.

We were told that the blinds would keep out the sun even if not 'black-out' standard. That was incorrect. The blinds don't keep out the sun. Our blinds lasted ten years after which every set has had a couple of the vertical slats somehow twist around so that the overall effect is now that most of the slats go in one direction and some hang in the opposite direction or do not turn at all. I rang up to ask about repairs - Hillary blinds don't do repairs. So, they expect you to buy a whole new set.

We had mark 118576 who fitted first part of our order patio doors this week.
Excellent fitting and very efficient and great customer service.
Will definitely use again.

Blinds were great .most important was the person who fitted them his name was Bruno he was great

Last November I had several blinds fitted by Hilary’s staff.
Recently I developed a problem with the closure of one of the blinds which I reported.
To my delight Roland Joy was the employee who came to assess my problem. He not only solved my problem but suggested that the fitting of the rail on another blind could be improved.
Today he came to fit a new rail for me and I am delighted.
Roland was polite, courteous and efficient.
He worked steadily and conscientiously and in a very short time the problem was resolved satisfactorily.
In my opinion Roland is a commendable representative of Hillary’s and he should be a valued employee.
