Blinds were fitted over a year ago and was not fitted correctly, too large . I called customers services over a year ago , no one came to rectify the problem. January 2023 someone came finally to change the blinds and then the calls started for the balance to be paid in full. My mother is 77 and was stressed out by the number of calls she was receiving from Hilaryblinds. I called customers service to ask them to stop calling my mother and payment would be made considering it took over a year for the blinds to be fixed, the advisor asked, when can the balance be paid I said end of March, she advised me, no it has to be paid now, I asked "why ask me when payment can be made"🙄 I said I'll pay end of February, she said No it must be paid now in full and advised me she will continue to make calls to my mother .. I thought that was very spiteful for the advisor to say, considering I just told her my mum is getting stressed out by the calls. She could of said she will call me instead. Where has customers care gone !!

Bink & Sting worked late into the evening to ensure our shutters were installed on the agreed date. They did an excellent job, and we are very pleased with the result. The room was thoroughly cleaned up afterwards, the shutters are perfect, and we are delighted with the results. This is our third order of shutters with the firm.

3 Appointments arranged failed to come to measure and provide a quote, 1st advised wasn’t working, second time came 5 hours earlier third time no show Preston - Adam)! Waste of time, Incompetent company who seems to have lost trust and confidence by many people reading from all the negative reviews!

Seville was our sales representative and fitter for 13 blinds
He has done an excellent job and would recommend him highly
Clean, tidy, fitting excellent, demonstrated use of blinds and all safety aspects
We will be having him back to finish rest of house

Ordered new curtains in November, told order would be delivered early January .Rep called to say no sign of the curtains ,Even he was in the dark ,nothing heard from Hilaryblinds at all about the delay .We were going to order blinds also but not now from them .We will go to a more reliable company .Will not use them again or recommend them .

Dealt with Bernie in Galway and she was very helpful. She gave great advice on styles/colours, gave prompt quotes, no pressure to decide /buy. Once curtains ordered they arrived on time and hung expertly by John who was equally as pleasant and efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to go to Hilary blinds again.

Adviser Rumble was exceptionally helpful in advising on supplying and fitting window blinds for my new apartment. He completed the work on schedule and exactly as agreed, including leaving me some spare parts if they should ever be needed in the future.

Had a great experince with Tim or as his profile said Heinze had to laugh at this but he came when booked did a full measure and advised could be done in one blind and not 2 which would have split my main window 4 weeks later he was back fit the blind gave working instructions and what can I say before he left sent pics to family and friends and they were in awe of my new blinds

My new blinds are lovely. The service received from Craig the advisor was fantastic. He visited my home, discussed the blind options available (offering valuable advice), then measured up and 6 weeks later came back and installed them.

Really professional service. Craig came to my house, amazing choices of blinds. Four weeks later they were put up and look fantastic.

I couldn’t recommend Craig more, would definitely use this company again.

I have just had a shutter fitted. Darran who fitted it was so professional, his workmanship was perfect and he left everything clean and tidy. I am delighted and will be using them again. Really good experience.

Edit:my aunt got her blinds for 1 bay window. They are meant to be brilliant white and cost £399.00- someone there is obviously colourblind. I appreciate that their agents are self employed, but my aunt was clearly taken advantage off. Then was unable to cancel the order.

I have been trying on numerous occasions to get a COMPLAINTS address, but keep been given the run around by account managers- not actually a senior manager that could help me, despite my requests and being advised that it is within my statutory rights to talk to the senior manager there- when they actually manage to answer the phone. My aunt is considered a vulnerable adult, and lives in sheltered housing. I have been trying to cancel this order since the 16 October. The rep called earlier than was expected; turning up late on the Friday afternoon rather than the Monday as was expected. My aunt was shown one sample and felt she had to order- despite this visit was only meant to be about showing the blinds and actually giving an estimate. My aunt is on an extremely limited budget and couldn’t afford the quote and tried cancelling herself first thing on the Wednesday morning. My aunt actually ended up very Ill due to panic attack over this and ended up in hospital- but the account manager’s do not care. I was told by one that the order was going through and there was nothing I could do about it, and that the blinds would be delivered- no matter what. It’s all about the orders and the monetary value.
Obviously there is a training issue regarding customer services and how to talk to people that are vulnerable. Even if you are unaware that they are. Courtesy and compassion should be delivered as routine.

Brilliant service. Have used Hilarys a lot and always delighted. So helpful and curtains put up with no mess. Beautiful fabric, looks great.
