I had a great viewing experience at Lampton Parkside with Hoss. He was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the property and the local area. He answered all my questions clearly and gave me the time I needed to look around without any pressure. The viewing was well‑organised, and the overall experience felt smooth and professional.
Would definitely recommend Hoss for anyone looking to view properties in this area.

Richard, Phil and Andy did a great job at fixing my home after my water leak and I’m very happy with the result.

We purchased our home from Hill in Marleigh Park and unfortunately experienced a major water leak caused by the failure of a concealed plumbing connector within the property.

The leak occurred without warning and resulted in significant water damage throughout the house. Water was pouring through ceilings, walls, light fittings and down the staircase. We were extremely fortunate that my husband woke up when he did, otherwise the damage could have been considerably worse.

The most frustrating aspect has been Hill’s response. Despite the defect being hidden within the structure of the property and impossible for a homeowner to inspect or maintain, our concerns were largely dismissed because the property is outside the standard two-year warranty period.

Since the incident, I have spoken to several other residents within the development who have experienced plumbing-related installation defects, including incorrectly connected pipes and poorly fitted plumbing connections that resulted in leaks years after completion.

The photographs speak for themselves. What should have been a safe family home became a stressful and disruptive situation overnight.

I am deeply disappointed by both the defect itself and the lack of willingness to properly investigate what appears to be a latent construction defect. I expected far better support and accountability from a developer of Hill’s reputation.

I thought I take my time writing this review to see the before and after the "honeymoon phrase". So this is my honest review after 3 months of living in the property.

Summary overall happy with the service provided by Hoss and Newvaina during the initial stage, they chased up all outstanding issues that I had and worked closely with the solicitor and financial advisor. When they say that they do the chasing for you. They really do. They even help out their colleagues in different departments, even if they do not know the answer, be assured they will find out and will get back to you.

The after sale service, Nachelle has been brilliant, she genuinely cares about how your getting on and to see are you settling in with your place. She is very supportive and will help resolve and address any issues you have.

Now what might be stopping it from getting 5*?
The amount of pressure and rushing from the beginning was not pleasant to experience. I original set out clear expectations of how long I believe it would take from start to finish, but was constantly chased by them to sign docs asap or chase my Financial advisor as they was trying to find a good mortgage deal for me and it took some time. Once the initial stage was cleared and thing was moving it was better. But the very beginning even after putting down the deposit, it was very stressful.

The after sale service, no fault of Nachelle as it is out of her hands and she is chasing up from her side. I have purchased a parking space. I wasn't made aware I had to request an E-permit, to this day after 3 months I am still waiting for it, during that time I have been fine 11 times! 1 out of 11 of them I had to pay as it wasn't "under my name" even though I used it and the rest I had to challenge it, luckily Nachelle was assisting me and manage to cancel the remaining 10. As someone who just purchase a property and now low on funds, this is the last thing you want, unnecessary stress and worry because your being fine for something your entitled to?

Overall like the summary stated, I am quite happy with their service and from my experience Hoss, Newvaina and Nechelle does really care and will do their best to look after you. I have no complaints about them, they been amazing and fabulous. Would recommend anyone to ask for them specifically if you want things to get sorted and done because trust me, they will.

The team at Hill, Hoss, Newvaina and Vanessa have been amazing. They are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The customer service has been excellent throughout the entire process. The support provided both before and after moving into the development has been outstanding, and any issues or concerns raised after moving in were addressed promptly and efficiently. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I am grateful for the excellent service and support received.

Alan Deadman did an excellent job filling in several drilling holes in my wall, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. He was incredibly meticulous, ensuring the texture matched perfectly and the finish was flawless. On top of his great workmanship, he was extremely polite, tidy, and efficient.

Operative Faik fulfilled his promise by ordering the draft proof of my door. When the material was delivered yesterday he personally came to my house to fix it. I am very happy with his workmanship. He is very professional and friendly. Good at time keeping. Clean up every dirts and always polite.

Peter Miller came to my property and completed replacing the seals around the windows and bathroom floor and painted the window frame. Great job and cleaned up after himself. He is definitely an asset to your team

Graham was lovely and so helpful from start to finish. Sorted all of the issues for me efficiently to a high standard. Resolved everything quickly and made me feel confident in the work being carried out. Graham was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
