These guys are amazing! I forgot my MOT was due, they fitted me in same day. I needed a tyre replaced, next day and sorted in no time. Everyone was polite and chatty, I was offered tea and coffee multiple times - great coffee machine. And there's a great little waiting space I could work in while I waited.

Booked HiQ, Banbury, as they had the quickest availability for a full service and MOT. I always get quite nervous using new mechanics but, i clearly didn't need to be here.
I dropped it off at the time asked and was suitably notified of a tyre that needed replacing. I agreed to this and they could offer me a better price than another local garage as they are affiliated with Goodyear.
They kept my car overnight as it saved me another day driving it back and called me the following day when it was time to collect.
I can honestly say, they went above an beyond for me; I had a niggly little light flashing on the dash. I had explained that it only comes on intermittently and the issue had been checked/ I wasn't overly concerned, however, they isolated the issue and sorted it for me and didn't charge me extra for it, whereas the brand dealer were going to charge a small fortune.
Whilst i was waiting for my car to be pulled to the front, they offered tea/ coffee/ wifi passwords etc and I was quite comfortable in the waiting room.
Everyone was super friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. I left with 2 new tyres, a complete pass on the old MOT, a service and a smile on my face all whilst handing over all my money. HAHA!
All in all, great service!! I will recommend to all my family and absolutely be back in the future. Thank you HiQ :)

I took my ford ranger into HiQ in Banbury for an mot the service was good and very quick truck was taken in at 9 and was looked at when they said it would be DOM was easy to talk to and When Ben brought the car out to me he gave me great advice will be taking my vehicles there in the future 5 star service

HiQ Tyres & Autocare Banbury were brilliant. Gabriel was so professional and helpful. I needed 4 new tyres for my Dacia and had problems with the valves. Ben along with Jamie were amazing and so helpful and friendly. I am so happy with my new tyres.

I have been using HiQ Banbury for a good long while now and always enjoy a good experience. Beckie is fantastic and manages a great team. Always focused..always interactive..always explains the best way forward at a reasonable price. Went in for an aircon recharge which was done perfectly and efficiently. Unfortunately I fell close to HiQ and cracked my skull, and on arriving at HiQ Beccy got into action with the first aid kit and cleaned me up.
I insisted in driving home which Beccy wasn't keen on so we comprised and she rang me when I got home and the following day to ensure I was OK.
I cannot speak highly enough on the care they showed for me and the 1st class refill. Will certainly bring my Merc into HiQ when I need a service etc.

I met Becky when my car completely broke down in heavy traffic. She was driving by and very kindly stopped to help me out. She took control of the situation and was so supportive to me when I was feeling very anxious.
My car has since been in to HiQ Banbury and I can genuinely say that they are the nicest, most helpful and knowledgeable people I have encountered.
Will be taking my car to them from now on.
