Ive always gone to HiQ for my tyres, and recently had some Drake pads fitted, always a good service, and quick to fit, one thing that stands out above all was Robert and Dan would always use a seat cover when driving my car into the workshop, this small thing makes a world off difference and shows they actually care about a clients car

Ordered tyres online, got a call from the garage to confirm a time, arrived and completed within an hour, great service. Have used before and happy to do so again.

Used to use Weeting tyres when I lived out that way as well, didn't realise they had a location closer to my new home - wish I'd found them sooner ! Always great service, very friendly and helpful. Good prices too !

Easily a 5* experience - I've never been to HiQ before but I have seen them when using Enterprise, and after shopping around for a good MOT price, I settled on a very competitive offer from HiQ - an MOT plus other free checks like brake fluid, etc. for just £30. Can't go wrong.
Booking online is easy; you pick dates that would work for you, they call you to discuss their availability for those dates and you arrange a time. Simple.
On arrival I was greeted, given a time to collect my car and I handed over the key. Came back just after the collection time, car is passed and everyone is really friendly and chatty, even though they're clearly very busy (a good sign!)
Would recommend them in a heartbeat, so absolutely consider them if you need an MOT or any kind of servicing.

Great Customer Service. I am a non technical female driver, used to sharp intakes of breath from some car repair garages, when asking or help. HiQ in Kings Lynn are always really helpful and friendly. When I called in today with a tyre fault which was worrying me they could not have done more to help me and resolve my issue promptly. 10/10 and Thank you.

Company do not response to online requests for MOT, no response to direct emails. And tried to call once, no answer. Unsure if the company is still open, but waste of time awaiting any reply from them.

Very happy indeed! After having been to another garage and been given new tyres unnecessarily, Kevin restored my faith in good customer service! No tyre required after ordering one, problem was fixed at a fraction of the price. Will be coming back for service and MOT. Thank you 🙏🏻

Took my car in with a knocking in the steering wheel and came back with the same problem so replaced a part that wasn’t necessary and considering I’m young it does take me time to earn back money spent that I didn’t need too, will strongly recommend people to never visit this garage again. Didn’t even get a call back to tell me my car was ready to be collected had to call myself

Brilliant dropped the car off early they then said it would be an hour but would call me if they were done early and it was, very friendly great service and good price definitely recommend

Really helpful bunch of guys. The website allowed me to have my tyres fitted next day, so it was a touch disappointing to turn up at 8.30, and the tyres weren’t in stock. That said everyone I spoke to was really helpful, and after a walk round the town, I came back at just after 10 to find the tyres had arrived and the car was already in having them fitted. Fitted and balanced well, car is back to normal again . Thanks
