Absolutely fantastic service from this company. I called in on a Sunday for and emergency mobile fitting and they were able to fit a new tyre the very next morning. Will continue to use them!

Great Company, Very friendly owners and staff, Highly recommended
I can highly recommend the service’s of HiQ Tyres. Used them today for the first time, and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be my first choice in the future for any work required. Phil spent a fair bit of time making sure that I understood the aspects of the service he was carrying out, which in this case was all four wheels re-balanced and a free wheel alignment check. They even gave me a cup of tea! I felt right at home, and appreciated the time and effort in the work carried out. Was told to call in for a free safety check anytime. No hard sells, just great advice and service. See you again soon.

Above & beyond......
I can not praise all the staff at HiQ Tyres & Autocare highly enough. I was let down badly by another tyre company who did not perform at all well. I turned to Hi Q Tyres for help and advice who went way above and beyond what I expected. They rectified all the mistakes that the other company had made and I couldn't be happier. Well done Hi Q, I will not forget the excellent service I received from you. You have all my business from now on.

Great service!! Tyres were ordered the day before, everything was ready when I arrived, Jaime fitted them perfectly whilst being polite, chatty and professional.

Ecellent freindly service at Preston. Attnetion to detail good and offrered better tyre at same price when what i ordered wasn't available on day booked. Only negative was very uncomfortable seating in waiting area!!!!

First Class Service
First class service, seem very quickly today following ringing through for an appointment. Shown excellent customer service and professionalism right through from the reception lady to being seen by the mechanic.
Had a slow puncture to rear tyre and he explained the tyre can be repaired which was done to a very high standard and at a really good price as well.

Brilliant service - I will be a returning customer
Outstanding service from HIQ Tyres and Autocare Preston.
After discovering a flat tyre - being alone and away from home I rang HIQ Preston to ask their advice - they were with me within 15 minutes assessed the damage and followed me the relatively short distance back to the depot- tyre repaired at a very reasonable price and all done with a smile.
I was back on the road within 59 minutes of my initial telephone call- I can highly recommend HIQ Preston - great to see a company where the customers and their safety come first - well done guys.
