I rang HiQ to check if a puncture could be repaired same day. I was advised they could probably fit me in around 4.30. I turned up and the tyre was repaired and sorted with 15 mins. Excellent response and friendly staff. Many Thanks.

Really easy booking experience - polite and friendly over the phone and in person. Job was done really quickly and there was a waiting room to keep warm! Their tyre replace pricing was also really reasonable. Will definitely be using again.

Had my tyre pressure sensors done today which was done at a reasonable price and time.
The staff seemed ok but the customer waiting area was something to be desired no drink facilities not even water and no heating absolutely freezing cold room.

Friendly and professional. Good communication whilst my car was with them. Trustworthy, honest and fair prices. I would strongly recommend.

Service was abysmal. Although they completed repair I felt like I was a bit of a nuisance. Communication appauling. All sat aroud feet on desks looking at phones. Waiting area dirty and depressing

If only there was minus stars because 1 is too good. Ruined my car rather than fix it and costed me, diagnosing the fault that wasn’t even there in the first place and why?? The huge air intake to the engine hadn’t been reconnected after an oil filter change… or you could have a really good one where someone takes your car home without asking, has passengers then drives your car like it’s stolen! Or… have the same issue with a different problem costing over 1k to fix on 2 separate occasions for it to go wrong twice and repacked with grease and doesn’t put payment for the work through the tills instead does a back pocket job!

Stamford branch - excellent: quick, efficient, really helpful and very friendly. Helped me out twice now. Nothing’s ever a problem.
