Great experience with HiQ Stockton and all of their staff. Booked me in for a same day appointment and sorted out my car for a lot cheaper than I expected. Would highly recommend and will be returning in future!

Absolutely brilliant service. Kept me updated every step of the way and took the time to explain exactly what they had found. Rather than just replacing the failed part, they properly investigated why it had happened and checked for any underlying issues. Really thorough, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Incredible customer service, communication and empathy throughout my experience. I had problems with my car misfiring and the staff here worked tirelessly to find out what the issue was. As a code had been cleared from the diagnostics from a different garage, nothing was coming up when they had a look. I broke down the day after and after my vehicle was recovered they were able to find out the issue with the code reappearing. They explained everything in detail to me showing me all of the components that were changed and fixed. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend this garage, I will be returning for future services and repair work.

I honestly cannot recommend these guys enough.

I had never used them before as my mam found them and asked if they did MOTs. I dropped my car off before work because they are just around the corner from my office and thought I would have an easy day… drop the car off, go to work, pick it up on the way home. Nice and simple. The reception area had a personality and it felt welcoming from the start.

Well… my car had other ideas and failed its MOT.

Stu gave me a call to explain what had failed and give me a quote. I will be completely honest, I had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. It all sounded very car-y, and I only speak basic “petrol goes in, car goes forwards”. So I got my mam to ring him and ask him to explain it to her instead and then she translated it for me! He was more than happy to go through everything again, never made us feel awkward and never once acted like we were questioning it. He was genuinely lovely.

One thing I really appreciated was how honest they were. I think a lot of people get nervous going to garages because you hear horror stories about people being overcharged, especially if they do not know much about cars. I never felt like that for a second. Everything felt fair, straightforward and there was no pressure. Whether you know nothing about cars like me or know exactly what you are talking about, they will look after you.

To make things even better, they managed to get everything fixed the very same day, exactly as I’d hoped.

Then came my own contribution to the chaos. I got dragged into a meeting at work, completely lost track of time and turned up over two hours late to collect my car. I was convinced I would be walking up to locked doors, apologising to my car for abandoning it and booking myself a taxi home.

Instead, Donna had waited for me and honestly could not have been kinder. She was so understanding and never made me feel guilty, despite the fact I probably deserved a gentle telling off!

A huge thank you to Stu, Donna and the whole team. I know exactly where I’ll be taking my car from now on… although hopefully it gives me a few months off before we all meet again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Premises clean and comfortable waiting area. Many offers of refreshments from all staff who passed through. I was looked after by Laura who kept me informed regarding tyres re delivery and fitting.

Great service from these folks again.
Fit me in at short notice for a starter motor issue and got it sorted easy enough.

Sadly a HIQ Depot were asked to do a puncture repair on my works van transit custom,only to find out the same tyre has lost pressure during the day which then led me to find this as my nearest branch with only 10psi on arrival they inspected the tyre for me to find out it was never repaired the service from arrival to leaving was 🔥 i will be returning for all my punctures for sure thankyou guys 🤝

Do not go for an MOT to these guys.
They put unnecessary advisories that you normally don’t get at other garages, and if they can fail you, they probably will. Straight after the MOT, I went to Halfords for a free check and they advised that nothing was wrong.

So I took my Tesla in with only 35k miles on it. Anyone who knows EVs knows regenerative braking means the actual brake pedal barely gets used. In the entire life of this car, the brake pedal has probably been pressed less than 100 times. Teslas typically don’t even need brake pad replacement until 60K miles or more.

Then they came back saying the brake pads were “thin.” Kidding me?

Well what can I say, called in on the off chance to sort out a noise on the car
The lads never gave up, half hour later it was solved. Great service yet again.

The car broke down a few weeks ago and we're new to the area so didn't have a garage yet so it was taken here and I am so glad it was! They fixed it quickly, competently and professionally. The service was amazing and the guy we spoke to was honest and even showed us pictures - we are very grateful for the transparency. It was a big fix needed so quite expensive but not excessive and they didn't take advantage when they very easily could have. Then when the car acted funny a few weeks later they saw it again free of charge and corrected the error which turned out to be nothing to do with the original fix for peace of mind!

After this first experience they have definitely gained a family of repeat customers for all our garage needs - we will definitely be back no questions! Thank you for all your help!

Wonderful experience with the guys here. Needed to get my car in urgently and they got it sorted within the week despite it being a big job. Very friendly and happy to answer any questions with great communication about when to expect repairs done. Honest with prices and clear about all of the work that's been done. Will definitley be coming here again for any future works.

Had my Motorhome recovered to the Stockton garage with a fuel fault, diagnosed and repaired quickly and back on the road. Excellent customer service from all the team. Already booked back in for some routine work

My car was recovered to the Stockton branch last week with a possibly clutch/gearbox failure.
When I went into the office the welcome was warming and you felt at ease.
The knowledge and reassurance of Mike and Donna was brilliant.
The issue and the solutions were explained to me fully.
Great experience from everybody, Stu gave great aftercare when I went and collected my vehicle..
