Great to have a physical shop in the…
Great to have a physical shop in the Redditch town centre to be able to browse and take home Vinyls . Price can be a bit high sometimes. Be nice to have a loyalty card again

Easy to order and service with a smile
Easy to order in store and when record player arrived in store received a text to collect. Arrived at store and item by counter ready for me to take away. Good straightforward service with a smile from the Redditch HMV store staff.

I have paid two visits recently to the Redditch Store. On both occasions, the staff members who served me were polite and helpful, and on the second occasion I was able to order the two CD's which were not in stock. These arrived in the post without undue delay.
