Great company to deal with
Hobgoblin would have to be the easiest and most agreeable company I've dealt with in ages. Get in touch with them and you get prompt replies from actual humans. The obscure musical instrument I ordered from them made it all the way to Aotearoa/New Zealand in about a week, which was pretty impressive.
The only downside to this was that the instrument was poorly set up and entirely unplayable when it arrived and was generally a bit of a disappointment.

I ordered an item that wasn't currently in stock by mistake, and they emailed to make sure I was up-to-date on it's status. When I asked to change for a slightly different instrument they managed to source the type I had ordered and dispatch that to me, as I am pregnant and wanted it before my due date.
