Just recently dealt with this Company for a new Will. David Hook did the meeting and Judy arranged all the other stuff. Very professional. All sorted in very quick time. Would highly recommend this Law firm.

They are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with regards to the areas we have consulted them on ie house sale and purchase, wills and probate. We trust them and they have worked well for us.

Hook & partners recently did some legal work on behalf our family. I have used various solicitors over the years but Hooks were by far the best. Russell Hook is excellent at what he does, everything was done without delay & was extremely precise & we felt safe & secure knowing he was doing a good job. Rita who works along side Russell Hook made sure that at every step of the way we were kept informed, she made sure that everything was done correctly by us all before it was submitted so there were no delays. Rita went above & beyond to ensure that the process we needed to follow went smoothly. She explained every detail to us. I never had to chase anything up at all as we were always contacted when anything changed. We were so pleased and will definitely use Hooks again for future needs. After months of chasing the deeds to my late fathers house, we finally had a lead to Hook and Partners. We made a phone call at 4.30 on a Friday evening not expecting anything to be done until Monday. Unbelievably we received a phone call half an hour later to confirm they had been located.

We were recommended to Sacha at Hook and partners as the property we were buying was going through probate and we were getting nowhere. As soon as Sacha took charge she put our minds at rest. She was helpful friendly professional and precise. We were kept informed of every step along the way and nothing was too much trouble. Sacha was even prompting the other solicitors which helped it go through quickly. With all this in mind they were less than half the price quoted by our selling solicitors. So not only a remarkable and professional service but an affordable one too. Will be recommending to anyone.

My parents have been waiting for deeds to thier house in their names since September 2022
They also changed solicitors as the previous one left yet we wasn't told ..Constantly chasing them never a reply or even acknowledgement of them receiving a telephone call or email back it's only when we chase then we get a letter about I D ect
My parents are both disabled and house bond we need a home visit but never no one to help..
Totally stressful to myself and my parents ..
And never anyone to even help with the complaint

We recently instructed Hook & Partners to act on our behalf when buying our first home. We were nervous as first time buyers with all the horror stories we had heard how solicitors delays things. We were so lucky to have Sayuri Serasinghe as our solicitor. We were put at ease from the beginning and she always went the extra mile to make sure that we received a very personal service. She was always there to pick up the phone or respond to my emails whenever I had a question (there were 100s of them).

Sayuri and Christina did an amazing job to make sure that we completed within just 2 months of our offer being accepted. More importantly they made it possible for us to complete before Easter which gave us the long weekend to move in and settle in. They are a credit to the firm!

Charges were very reasonable for the high level of service they provided. We won't be going anywhere else for our next purchase.
