Shocking levels of professionalism by this cowboy operation.
Recieved numerous unsolicited emails from their 3rd party marketing supplier, contrary to the Data Protection Act 2018, without any form of functional unsubscribe.
When challenged they denied the email was from themselves initially, until I pursued the matter further and engaged with the PWSC Director. The Director then admitted the email was sent from their marketing supplier 'Rock Internet S.L' an email marketing company based in Madrid, Spain. I filed a subject access request with Flybell Limited whos email supplier has provided false and blatantly made up information, regarding where my data was sourced from and the IP address used to provide the data.
The website the company uses, housingdisrepairhelpline.co.uk transmits user data to 3rd parties without obtaining User consent prior to doing so. The company to date has not replied or acknowledged the grounds of this complaint.
Until now, due to the companies initial misues of my personal data, by sending unsolicited emails unlawfully and their unlawful cookie deployment of 8 tracking cookies onto my system, means I am now pursuing Flybell Limited for £1,6000 in damages relating to their/the supplier unlawful misuse of my personal identifiable data.

The Directors have absolute disregard for UK civil laws, especially the Data Protection Act 2018. For a company operating in the legal industry, this should set off alarm bells for anyone.

After reading other reviews, I noticed this company attempts to defelct the blame on nefarious unkown bad actors. In this case the company is definitely responsible for the spam emails and unlawful cookie deployment. I would advise anyone who has visited their website in the last few months to file a complaint and potential legal action against Flybell Limited, for their unlawful use of cookies and transmitting their data to Google.

It is impossible to speak to them directly, emails to their head office are ignored and when you raise the issue with the off shore call handling staff they either deny this is an unrequested call, or hang up. Are coming from the “housing disrepair company”, this is how the staff refer when you answer, they then explain what they do. The contact number given by the replies alleging to contact MDs, was the number I called that ended up in Liverpool, after interrogationing the caller, I asked to speak to the manager when I quoted the GDPR, they hung up (I called them at 17:00). Judging by the number of complaints where “no details” were found suggest not that the company are being scammed but that they are scamming people. I refuse to give full details to anyone on the phone to what seems to be a phoney company

Went on about being a Governmental Helpline to assist people whose properties were in disrepair.
Had a discussion with him then some woman took over and said I was wasting their time.

Thank you for responding. Think you should make it clear that you arrange legal assistance on a no win no fee basis. To quote -
'If your case is successful, then the legal fees will be paid for by the client’s housing association or council. The solicitor will also take a share of any compensation received, up to 50% of damages, following a risk analysis of your claim. We do not charge you a fee for our service, and you do not pay us any fee at any point for our service. If your claim is successful, we will be paid a percentage of the legal costs received by the panel solicitors whom we referred your case to.'

I like to say after getting call today and coming on here to see what the reviews was, the people who called me today are scammers, I have screenshots of there email and phone numbers, but there information is there number but your website, there no where for me to send screenshots or else I would, 02032900800. 447376455567. 02080589665. Trashy company. Dishonest, deceptive and lazy. They cold call en masse and deny it.

I made the mistake of answering a call 2 years ago. At the time I was having problems with the council so I was interested. Before i went any further, I changed my mind and told them I wasn't interested anymore. Since then, every so often I am given a call. I have asked every time they call to take me off the list but this hasn't happened. They call me from different numbers and it is harrasment. At least once a month I get a call. It is annoying. It needs to stop

I keep getting calls from this company. It’s harassment. I’m a vulnerable adult and I’m registered with tps so really shouldn’t be contacting me, especially when they’ve repeatedly been told they are causing distress. If I receive another call I’m reporting to police

Clearly a scam. Cold call, very rude, couldn't understand a word he was saying.

Random call to a TPS registered phone number to attempt to get me to agree to use them to repair a house that doesn't exist.

Can the ombudsman start doing their job and shut these people down.

Sooo ANNOYING !!! I spoke with someone over a year regarding maybe starting a claim against my housing .
I decided not to go ahead as my housing officer is quite good and had started fixing the issues I was having ! NOW A YEAR LATER I STILL GET AT LEAST 8 calls a day from this company ! They get asked the same thing over and over to TAKE MY NUMBER OF THE SYSTEM ! And still since 9.00 am I have had TWO phone calls already and it’s 10.14am !!! Unless you want to be hounded constantly even when asked to have your number removed THEY WILL STILL CALL 50 times a week !!!! I have attached just one photo of their calls this morning already !

Wow…. Once again a mysterious number this time from Greater London popped up. This company are harassing people through cold calling to sell legal services. I have complained directly with them and tried to get my phone number removed from their database but to no avail… they have even hung up on me when I have requested my details to be removed… THEY ARE A VERY UNETHICAL COMPANY BLOCK ANY CALLS FROM THEM

This company is an absolute joke they have illegal got my information and are constantly calling me and every time I ask for my information to be deleted, have spoke to a manager every time and told this is the case but yet again today they call I ask again yo speak to a manager.... aparently Danny Hills is his name and us the worst manager I've ever spoke to with any company so rude and dosent want to listen and just hangs up. Very very poor and if that is the example he sets well iam not suprised this company has no good reviews

I received a spam call today from someone claiming to represent Housing Disrepair Team. From looking into the matter I can see that they are using the company's name to increase their credibility. If you receive a cold call from someone claiming to be from Housing Disrepair Team but have not signed up to speak to them then ignore it as spam.

I am being inundated with calls from these jokers almost every single day of the week, I tell them I dont live in a council house, then they promise not to call me again, and then the next day I get another call, next time i get a call I am going to tell them I do live in a council house, make them spend hours doing investigations and donkey work, and then tell then I am a homeowner and i have done this to simply just waste their time and resources, so they know how i feel.

Cold calling! Yet this company state on responses from other reviews below that they do not cold call. My number is TPS registered, so not compliant. Company should be shut down.

I have tried to get help for an elderly lady who has bad mould which is detrimental to her health they took on the case nothing has really been done i called back and I was told to not call back the number again very rude I'd never go back to these people again, as for Barnes solicitors terrible service, they just lie continuously

They phoned me 10 times this morning in the space of 2hrs… I have a phone call with them tomorrow so I do hope it’s legit
