Awful scam company - they rang unsolicited and I said I didn't give them my number where did they get it - they said it was on a list - I asked where did they get the list and they hung up - someone then rang me back and asked the same thing later on that day Indian call centre - total scumbags

I am not happy, this company called and said they were from housing repairs department and I assumed they were from my housing association. Fortunately I didn't give out any information though they already knew my surname and number which they had got from database of tenants. The person was very unclear when I started to query exactly where they were from. Be careful.

Just received a cold call from an Indian call centre gave me this company name and website, tried running me through some questions which I declined and instead asked where they got my details from.

Then they refused to put me through to a manager or data protection officer after I mentioned GDPR and asked to have my details removed from their system and a GDPR subject access request on how they got my details, he once again refused to comply so told him I would be reporting them.

I have submitted a complaint to the ICO (ico org uk/make-a-complaint/).

Sent the phone number they called on (020 3891 7153) to 7726.

Reported to tpsonline org uk/complaint as my number is registered and reported the website to ncsc gov uk

I get these calls often it’s usually English people and 020 numbers.

They’ve been calling me for a year I’ve asked them to take me off their system numerous times it’s not even funny anymore. Today a man called Justin rings. I said it’s been over a year I don’t want anymore calls he snaps back there’s over 90 different companies it’s the first time he’s called me and he went on to argue and raise his voice. Oddly I can’t call them to complain about their spam. They need to be stopped.

I got a call from company called housing disrepair. They said they would come and clean what is needed abs work for council. I see many people say it's a scam but don't understand what is scam about

I just received an unsolicited cold call from the Housing Disrepair Helpline - 020 3746 3775. Their representative said they had received information from the council that repairs were required at my property. As a community councillor I know that the council would not operate in this manner. This company is operating a dishonest phone scam!

I have mould around my Windows and doors & we have been waiting for a new front door for 3/4 years as it's dropped & it has to be locked just for security as its broken i habe also just been diagnosed with emphcemia plz help!

This is about the 20th unsolicited call I have received from yourselves, (I checked the address and company details given to me) and despite being told on every single occasion to take me off your call list, you continually harass me.

So last night had a lady called Hayley or something like that knock on my door. She says she is talking about and handing out leaflets for her boyfriend who works for this company. She says the company work with the council and they can get repairs done. she kept trying to get me to call and told her i was not interested but she was saying you can get repairs and free money,she done it to all my neighours. She kept saying they work for the council.
She made it out that they would repair stuff but its all BS and its so wrong that they are doing this to vulnerable people. I have the leaflet with her name and number on as proof that they where here. I have proof! I have the leaflet that she gave me,its got your website and number on it everything. The number you have replied with below is the one on the leafet,you do cold call as i have the proof and i am not going to call you as i have heard you harass people.

Just had a cold call and asked several questions by an automated bot.
Passed on to a call handler that tried to make it sound like it's a disrepair team for the council.
I asked who they were and Googled there website reviews and when I told her that I was looking at reviews. She told me "hurry up I need to make other calls"
So I kindly said you best go take them!

Spam company, like others have said daily calls from company, all from different numbers. Today caller Mike has confirmed your company details and address so don’t try the usual response ‘this isn’t us’. No I am not calling you either as matter now with Ofcom.

Really good experience. I’ve got a bit further with them than I have with my landlord. I couldn’t thank them

With people that actually cares and thinks of others wellbeings, very polite and very helpful people, very understanding and considerate people tbh they are an absolute brilliant team of people and there is nothing that i would want them to change as it is perfect the way it is. This compant is a joke after 3/4 months of me waiting for a response from someone regarding my property, i sent numerous whasts apps regarding whats going on with the report, ive been ignored or been told will pass this on, the was told by a richard some one will email me regarding the reports, they wont give me the contact number so io can call as my message was ignored, im actually shocked at this company, ive let there company into my home take pictures and then to hear nothing back as it was 2 men and myself(woman). i have photo proof of the conversations as proof
i just want to know what is going on with the report and what's going on???
2 more of my neighbors have been treated the same

Absolutely lovely people especially Liam he's been brilliant within less than 24 hours he's sorted a solicitor and I feel as if somethings finally going to be done all thanks to him. He will support me throughout this whole process aswell

I would of liked to have given 0 stars. The person who called me was after I had instructed a different solicitor to handle my case, just opened WhatsApp to message a friend and realised the rep from housing disrepair called rickey had sent me a whole tirade. He actually wrote feck off you sket.

Good service, excellent customer service from Melissa I wish I knew about this helpline before but other than that they are so reliable and very good at they understanding of the company

5 years ago the roof leaked and the upstairs flat was waterlogged and it came through the ceiling in our apartment which is now full of mould and damp, there is a firm willing to do the job it just needs Guinness to authorise the work
