Quality furniture, we already have the matching coffee table, just taken delivery for the dining table and are waiting for delivery of the matching sideboard (made to order)

Beware of this company !!! Table had a chip in it there was not of satisfactory quality. We contacted company as soon as we saw this to inform them they was very unhelpful and said they would not do anything due to any faults having to be reported within 48 hours of receiving product. We didn’t report in 48 hours because 1. We didn’t know this was a thing - most company’s if an item is faulty you get a replacement or a partial refund/refund! 2. We opened chairs first which were also faulty and parts did not fit. So we then had to wait for someone to come and resolve this issue, therefore did not start putting table together as why would we with no chairs. When I explained this to company they just ignored me. Very unhappy with service.

The furniture is faulty and when complaining about this I was told no solution would be offered. I paid over £1000 for a table that rocks backwards and forwards. Would not recommend

Just had my new suite delivered, a small detail was not exactly as ordered, the delivery team phoned the store immediately and let them know.
Wow, what amazing customer service, the HU customer service team phoned me, apologised, owned the problem and worked quickly to ensure it was resolved.

Great price, speedy delivery

What made my visit to Housing Units so enjoyable was the beautiful display in the bedroom department. The showroom was beautifully presented and gave us plenty of inspiration.
The ladies working there, Janet and Joanne, were outstanding. They were exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to assist my mother, taking the time to answer all our questions and ensuring she felt comfortable and well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Their excellent customer service, combined with their warmth and knowledge, made our visit a truly positive and memorable experience. Janet and Joanne are a real credit to Housing Units, and we would like to thank them both for making our visit so enjoyable
