Me and the wife had 3 days until completion of sale (out the blue) we were panicking about finding a home to rent and as soon as we contacted Sarah and the team they had us in a beautiful home in 4 days! They were absolutely fantastic throughout the process and very understanding of our circumstances. I would say it’s the best estate agent we’ve ever dealt with. Would highly recommend ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Drew Stewart at Howkins and Harrison was very helpful and got back ALL of my deposit for me which i was over the moon about! He bent over backwards as a go between me and the landlord to try get me as much deposit bk as he could. He also kept me in the loop from start to finish of how it was progressing. Can't speak highly enough and very grateful for his services

I’ve been with howkins and Harrison around 13 years there service has always been great .. since Drew has joined the team I feel this service has got even better

Drew really goes out of his way to help and make sure everything gets done and seen to in a timely fashion

His communication is excellent and I always feel he goes above and beyond but most importantly Drew speaks to you and treats you like you know him on a personal level and that’s important in this day and age

Lisa has supported us through letting our new house. From viewings, references and signing tenancy agreements, Lisa has been very helpful and knowledgeable. She is a lovely, honest, polite lady who was very informative.
Nothing was too much trouble or hassle for her - even my annoying questions and concerns.
When needed to contact - Lisa was always very approachable and correspondence was informative and fast.

Kate, Sinead and Sarah were like a breath of freshair. We have dealt wqith agents who very much serve the landlord and dont car about the tennents not the case with Howkins and Harrison 5*

We had the enormous good fortune to find a house that was being sold by Hoskins & Harrison, the branch in Lutterworth. We had the even greater good luck to have Lauren as our agent there, because she is brilliant. Everyone who helped us was superb, but Lauren was always communicative and professional. I wish all who need to go through the stressful process of buying and selling a house would have such a service.
Cannot recommend them (and Lauren) highly enough!
