Drew has been a great estate agent. He has always provided quick solutions to concerns raised. In fact I thought estate agents work in favour of landlords until Drew proved me wrong.
He will go extra miles to make sure everything is ok with both parties to avoid any dispute. He does his work with such deligence. He makes sure he performs his duties in the best interest of both the landlord and tenant.
I feel apart from being an estate agent, he is also a voice for the voiceless.
I will forever be grateful to him.

I can’t thank the team enough at the Lutterworth branch. It was not an easy sale as the Probate was not forthcoming but we got there in the end.
Having moved 9 times previously my experience has taught me that estate agents rarely get involved once the offer is accepted, the Lutterworth team were constantly providing updates and communicating with both parties and their solicitors, also contacting HMRC for updates on the probate.
I spoke to Lauren more than I spoke to my own partner, I cannot speak highly enough of them.
In fact I think Father Xmas might be paying them a visit.

A first rate service from the team at Howkins and Harrison from start to finish. Despite a number of hurdles to overcome and last minute delays within the chain, the communication and updates were timely, professional and on point. Billy did a great job with a very personable and friendly approach. His engaging personality helped no end in overcoming a number of last minute issues. Definitely recommend this estate agent

H&H Towcester were very efficient with their approach to selling the house. Good communication, organising publicity details etc. Despite some challenging steps along the way the completion took place recently.

I sent an email to Drew Stewart over the weekend to report that the light switch in my bathroom had broken. Early on Monday he emailed back to let me know that he had already contacted your contractor, who then phoned me on Monday evening to arrange to come round to fix the light switch. The contractor came round earlier today (Wednesday) and had replaced the light switch within 10 minutes. This was fantastic service from Drew and the contractor, Nigel. This was a non-urgent maintenance issue but they treated it as a priority and dealt with it quickly and efficiently. I could not have asked for better service and i'm very grateful.

Many thanks to Drew for his support on resolving deposit issues on post tenant departure. His work prevented it from reaching dispute through strong negotiations with landlord and tenant.

Having just exchanged, I wanted to praise the Ashby De La Zouch Howkins and Harrison. They made everything as easy as possible, and could not have been more helpful. We saw a prospective property on-line advertised via H&H on Monday 3rd Nov am, we call the Bridge St branch asap and spoke to Jessica Hunt Sales Negotiator, straight away Jessica was professional and clear with her communication.
Jessica managed to obtain us to viewing of the property later that day. The viewing went ahead as planned,we were greeted by Jessica at the house, she was welcoming and knowledgeable and made experience pleasurable.
The following morning we decided to make an offer and through negotiations via Jessica we secured the property, all within 24hours.
