Wow i was shocked at how fast it was delivered i was panicking it wouldn't come in time . Came day after so many thanks. There was a slight problem with Childs out fit 2 things missing i messaged straight away they couldn't apologise enough and sent the missing piece out straight away . Thank you so much. I always buy my fancy dress from theses great costumes, reasonable prices and look fantastic. I buy 6 outfits a years as I take my disabled brother away and they do a fancy dress night and we've won 6 free weekends so thanks again

This is the second time I have used this store. I will say the website is not very good if you want to click and collect, it never seems to let me get past the sign in stage. However I have called up both times and there is always someone very helpful and friendly on the end of the phone who seems to go above and beyond to help and make sure I got what I needed within lightning speed. I will not shop anywhere else for fancy dress needs from now on. Customer service is incredibly good, it is nice to be greeted by a friendly, helpful person. Thank you very much.

I would like to thank Melanie for helping me out via email with a product that was unavailable. She very quickly responded and resolved the issue for me which was a bit of an emergency for a party. Thanks again. Highly recommended!

Great customer service. Went into the shop on the Tuesday for a last minute halloween costume. Told them what I needed and they were happy to find it there and then for me even though they were so busy for Halloween. Exemplary customer service. Will be using again for sure.

Excellent service. Fast delivery, quality product, excellent price, efficient, communication updates, very happy customer, will use again.

Overall pathetic to deal as item arrived late and I had to pay for return postage (no refund) to get the product back.

Made an accidental purchase and then immediately rejected the purchase. However, the seller made all efforts to ensure they were able to get my money and send the item.

Terrible customer service and requested an extra charge to return the item. Do not purchase from them at all costs.

I spoke to to different ladies over the phone and they were both extremely helpful!

Fantastic, I visited the click and collect pick up point as needed last minute accessories for my son's World Book Day costume and the lady sold me the last wig available which was on display and some face paint, saved me a lot of stress and hassle trying to get these items elsewhere! Thank you!

Superb customer service…I ordered the wrong size in error and emailed straight away. As it was late at night, I received a polite automated reply. The next morning I was informed that the size had been changed and the order was on its way. Much appreciated as this was my mistake.

I live nearby and I did not realise it was click & collect only. However, the lovely lady on reception went to a lot of trouble, asked what I wanted and located it in the warehouse. Thank you!

Delivery came quicker than expected, items were of good quality. Had issue where part of the costume was missing back email customer service and they sent out the missing part within 2 days, overall really good.

Very disappointed, the only thing I received was a black cape, I did not get the rest of my order, hat, bow-tie and wand. Very disappointed grandchild, I will never recommend this seller.
