I ended up with skin cancer from these beds. Don’t use them. Be warned. I’m lucky to be alive today. I’m only 33

Unfortunately just over 12 months ago I was persuaded to purchase a block of minutes for £34 by the receptionist at indigo sun Milton Keynes . I used a few minutes last March pre holiday . Today I went to indigo sun as I’m about to go to Egypt , in 5 days time .
The response was “I’m sorry sir you have lost your 57 minutes, as you only get 12 months to use them “ I explained I did not know that , the response was “tough, contact head office by E mail “
So , I did , the response from Emma ( head office was instant ) .... tough !! We don’t reinstate minutes .
Thankyou indigo sun , I wasted £34 on your promotion & wont !!! Be using your services again .
As I explained to you by e mail , how ?? Can you sell me a product for £34 & then 12 months later take it away from me ? .... terrible customer service !!!

Calls for bookings,show a email address,not this lot !!telephone
Number is Stirling dialling code,no email address anywhere shown
No Facebook page for chesser shop,and address given as chesser baberton also wrong,last year Stole my minutes as they said they had to be used within a certain period of time!Tried to contact so
As not to lose this year's minutes and found it impossible to contact them,very poor customer relations and shops full of young teenagers
Who are never of there person mobiles.

Absolutely amazing staff make you feel so comfortable very helpful so friendly I have purchased 3 courses so far very clean at all times and a lovely natural tan from the wide range of sunbeds on offer

Was mis-sold a product, completely unaware of an expiration date after buying 60 minutes and using none of them due to my busy lifestyle. I then contacted Head Office and was met by unapologetic rude advisors who don't seem to understand that customer service is PARAMOUNT to a business. They refused to honour the 60 minutes, nor refund them because they had "merchandise", however I was sold said "promotion" without any information other than it being 60 minutes. I then responded saying I felt I was mis-sold and that I'd be grateful for either a refund or honouring what I had spent my money on. I then received an email which wasn't meant for me!!!!!! It was one Head Office advisor asking another Head Officer advisor if she should IGNORE me?!! What kind of service is that? I've worked high up within the customer service network for a long time and this has disgusted me. I didn't even receive an apology for this error email. just another snotty response saying that they will not be reinstating my minutes. My company would bend over backwards for customers, being the sole reason for being in business. Won't be using you again, and will be networking this among social media and all my influencing platforms.
