I recently ordered a set of inkjet cartridges only to have my printer develop an error shortly after. I contacted the company who responded immediately and offered me the option to cancel my order and get a refund or put it on hold until it was determined whether the printer error could be resolved. It took a number of days but I did resolve the issue. I asked for the order to be dispatched and received it within 48 hours. Customer service couldn’t have been better. Can’t praise them enough.

Pleasantly surprised how quickly the ink cartridges arrived! So quick and efficient and the cartridges work in the printer without any issues.

I have used Inkredible for many years now. The quality of their product is consistently excellent. The website is now even easier to use with a comprehensive list of everything I need. Delivery options and service are brilliant. I used to refill my own ink cartridges to save money but inkredible prices made that a poor use of my time.

It was easy to tell them what I needed and they supplied it right away. I used to use Amazon for stuff like this but Inkcredible has one big advantage - you can talk to them and they respond.:)

i have used inkredible cartridges for years. in ireland and now in the uk. The quality is first class and the price is right. Never had a problem

Excellent customer service. I was unsure of the correct product I needed and was advised of the correct product which was cheaper than the one I was going to buy which would have been no use to me.

Having mistakenly ordered the wrong ink cartridges I contacted the Company by phone. A speedy response and address to return the inks with promise that correct items would be sent. Within 2 days received an email tosay inks were in the post.

Have purchased ink for my two printers over the last 5 or 6 years and all very good with no suprises.
It's a pity that Epson and Brother cant get there act together and recognise these inks, and not keep asking you to buy their inks which are low in ink content and high in price.

I have been with them for many years and will continue to buy my ink from them. I have never had any problems with my orders which I have received promptly.

Outstanding customer service (worth 6 stars...). A very prompt response to my online query as to cartridges not being recognised by my printer, and swift to-and-fro emails to suggest fixes. After these failed, a free replacement cartridge sent out immediately for next day delivery.

Found it difficult to find a company who sold inks for my printer.

I am elderly and not very tech savvy. However, their website was so easy to navigate. I easily found what I required and placed the order.

Ordered Compatible Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4830DTWF Multipack Ink Cartridges. They arrived within 48 hours and although printer warned me that they were not Epson cartridges, they work just fine. The cartridges came in their own flat pack and were delivered by the postman.
