Very very poor
Items placed on ‘back order’ and despite three emails to customer support the order remains unfulfilled. I have yet to receive the courtesy of a response to any of the emails the last of which was now a month ago!!!
It appears I shall have to report the company through my bank in an effort to resolve.
They claim to be a family run friendly business - disgraceful.

Thanks for the feedback. I personally emailed you on Monday regarding this issue and advised that unfortunately we couldn't find any emails in our system from your registered email address, but have requested any further information in case you contacted us from an alternative email address that we haven't yet searched for.
We respond to all emails and contact received, usually within the hour, unlike many online companies these days... I'm not sure what has occurred in this instance, but I'm more than happy to look into it further with your assistance, if required.
This particular product has been out of stock for over a month but we've finally been able to send the remainder of your original order after our order arrived on Monday morning.
Apologies again for the unavoidable delay in sourcing the remaining stock you required - This is not a normal period of delay that I'd expect to see on any other products.

Ink cartridges always reliable and good value. Particularly grateful to Callum for the advice given about my new printer (e.g. would it accept your cartridges). Have got stung before by buying a printer and its refusing to play ball. So felt confident in going forward.

We have been using Inkcredible ink cartridges for several years now and would not go elsewher. Had used other compatible cartridges before often with disasterous results! Inkredible are just as their name suggests.

The delivery delivered to wrong adress
The delivery. whoever delivered it left it at another property in the village. Lucky it was addressed well and the place it was left at contacted us and I was able to walk and get it. We didn’t find this very satisfactory

Hi,
We understand it's annoying when a delivery goes astray as it's happened to us all at some point.
Unfortunately, we're in the hands of third party delivery companies when trying to get your order to you, over which we have no control other that getting the address correct at the time of purchase.
We're disappointed with a 3 star review in this instance as it's not something within our control that occurred, but I will say the vast majority of deliveries are carried out professionally and without any issue. Hopefully the product quality and service received during the purchase was satisfactory and a rare delivery issue will not put you off using us again in the future.
All retailers can be somewhat let down at times by delivery partners, but we're always here to help and make sure you get what you paid for, should this ever happen.

Details of company given by friend with good reports. Having had difficulties with printer rejecting cartridges being able to get the correct cartridges at a very reasonable cost was a bonus. Quick delivery was also very useful. Certainly will pass on my recommendation.

The product is very good and arrived on time. A couple of small issues. The receipt- for the item came later than I am used to and more importantly the ink colour was bllue when black was ordered. The price for the pen was however very competitive.

Inkredible deserve that name
Inkredible deserve that name. The service they provide has been outstanding. After fitting a replacement cartridge the computer threw up an error message, so as I am not very computer literate I took it to them and they completely sorted it out, and gave the printer a spring clean for free.
Above and beyond in terms of service. Thank you.

INKredibly bad service
I ordered my usual type of cartridge - first time I've used this company. Cartridge was leaky when opened - and didn't even fit the printer!
I will NEVER be using INKredible again.

Hi,
Thanks for your review. I can see this order was from December last year but I can't find any record of you contacting our Customer Services about the issue as yet? We always urge customers to contact us as soon as they experience any problems as we can put things right immediately this way.
Looking at the order, I can see that it was placed from a cartridge code page rather than a printer model page. This can often lead to the wrong cartridges being ordered, so we'd be interested to know your printer model if you could get in touch with us? Just so that we can double check everything was correct at the time of ordering.
Any leaking cartridges (which can happen from time to time during transit) would be immediately replaced upon being contacted. In regards to the fitment issue, we can see this is your first order with us and it is likely that the Patent Free cartridges received are of a slightly different design to Original Manufacturer or other Compatible inks you've used before, which we understand may cause initial doubts over the suitability for your printer. However, as long as the correct cartridges were purchased, I can 100% guarantee they will fit your printer and we're always more than happy to advise when any doubts arise.
As mentioned, you're still under warranty for this purchase and we're definitely here to help should you wish to contact us with some more details.
