Poor work innovv
The k7 camera was marketed wrong on the uk website, after discussions with innovv it was rectified but detracted from the reason I purchased the camera initially. In my opinion picture quality was poor and didn’t warrant the price point

This is my 3rd innovv camera
This is my 3rd innovv camera. I had the k2 then the k3. I have now bought the k6 purely because I have no space on my bike to fit the GPS unit and remote control. The k6 is perfect for my use the picture quality is outstanding and it downloads the
files much quicker.. I did have a few bits missing in the box but a quick phone call and all the parts were dispatched without question.. THIS IS WHY I BUY INNOVV.. FANTASTIC SERVICE AS USUAL

Over all I can't fault the picture
Over all I can't fault the picture, video, sound or build quality of the innovv k3
How ever one or two things make the innovv a pain to work with and frankly a worry. Having said that the worries do not effect the quality of recording or effect how the innovv should work and record on start up or while riding.
I will list the issues I have with the innovv in order of 1 to 3 1 being the main issue 3 being a minor innocence!
1. after installing the innovv as recommended I left my bike standing over a number of weeks went to start the bike and the battery was completely dead. I haven't had an issue like this before installing the innovv, however as a precaution I replaced my 7 year old Lithium battery. On connecting the new battery I noticed a constant blue light illuminated on the power control unit. So it does drew a small amount of power when left standing. I have yet to see if I have solved the issue with the battery but as another precaution I disabled the parking monitor in the innovv app. As a flat lithium battery is a worry!
2. After a ride I like to down load the video via the app 3 min files. This take a considerable amount of time and us very tedious which can only be down loaded when wi-fi is connected, which means you have to keep the ignition on. So be careful not to drain the battery as I did. In the end I had to leave the bike running while I down loaded the file. I would recommend trying to download a file while you ride as to not worry about capturing that ride without draing the battery or letting the bike idle. Yes I can take out the memory card and use a PC but the innovv boasts this is a feature to easily share the ride. In my opinion this feature doesn't live up to the hype and not worth the extra money to have it. So consider a cheaper innovv before buying for this feature alone.
3. This one is a very small annoyance but worth mentioning for anyone wanting to buy an innovv. Is that the software can only be updated by taking out the memory card placing it in a card reader to connect to a PC then some how you have to save an updated file to the card. Great if you're savey and have a PC to connect to in the first place. Like I said only a minor annoyance but has ment I cannot and haven't as yet updated the software. This hasn't so far seemed to effect the the innovv ability to record every ride as it should with great picture quality with an adequate smoth frame rate to maintain the quality at high speed!
Over all 3 stars because of the worries and minor annoyances, if I buy again it would be the cheapest option because the app WiFi down load connection is not worth the extra money. In my opinion!

Great piece of kit
Great piece of kit, well made and works perfectly. Having the electronic elements within the front camera makes fitting much easier if not much room on the bike to hide control units.

INNOVV after sale experience
Ordered before 12 noon and my item was with me the next day. I had ordered the wrong bit but a quick phone call and great after sales communication the item was returned and the correct item dispatched and with me the following day. All within 3 days. Fantastic.

Simple to setup

I ordered a mirror version of the Third…
I ordered a mirror version of the Third eye blindspot detection system direct fron INNOVV. It arrived quickly, was well packaged and looks a quality piece of equipment. It was easy to fit though I've not had chance to test in much so far as I've only done a local ride since, but it seemed to work in slow moving traffic. I have the control unit under my seat which makes it difficult to hear with earplugs in so I may have to relocate it to a more suitable place on my bike

Great camera set, excellent customer service
I bought a K6 front and rear cycle camera kit to use as a cycle 'dashcam' for insurance and police purposes. I'm really impressed. It was straightforward to install. I have the front camera mounted on my bar extender and the rear camera under the saddle. The saddle mount is versatile enough that I could install it such that it's over my saddlebag and I still get a clear rear view image. I've housed the power source in a small Topeak carrier on my top tube. The K6 produces good quality images from both the front and rear cameras including night/low light conditions. I've used it daily for two months in UK winter conditions and it has functioned well throughout. Because I'm running it off a 20,000mah power bank, battery life is never a concern. Ian at Innovv has been really helpful with firmware upgrades and getting the installation right - customer service and support has been outstanding. I would absolutely recommend Innovv and the K6 to anyone looking for a cycle dashcam setup.

K5 Innovv camera system…
I Purchased a K5 Innovv camera system for My r1250 RS. System came with sufficient Mounting Brackets.
I purchased direct from Innovv. The service was excellant and the product is well constructed and relatively simple to Install on the Bike.
I had an issue with the camera and contacted there Technical Dept and they were very helpfull. I would strongly recommend this company
