I ordered a pair of jeans for my son’s birthday but unfortunately they were not a good fit. I chased the company for 3 months during lockdown and was very unhappy at the lack of communication on their part. However, contact was eventually made and I have to say that they went out of their way to make up for my poor experience. I actually met the owner who was very apologetic and explained the difficulties endured during lockdown and how this had impacted on business. The owner couldn’t do enough to rectify the situation and my order was dealt with immediately. As a goodwill gesture my son was also provided with an additional pair of jeans of his choosing that arrived the next day to his delight.

My son loves the jeans and what started as a poor experience ended up as one other businesses could learn from. Will definitely shop with Inside Out in the future.

Not only was my parcel nearly a week late when paid for next day delivery but I’ve been sent the totally wrong jeans, I need this resolved right now

Paid for next day delivery and still haven’t received my order nearly a week later, contacted them about a refund on the delivery charge and I got ignored and left on ‘read’

I have ordered from them, and the item looked very different from the picture so I decided to refund the item. They did not say anything about store voucher if the item is over 20% off. But this thief of a company put all their products 26% off and even more so we don’t get refunds in our accounts. I am so astonished at what a rip off this company is. Honestly the worst company ever and I want my refund.

The jeans fit me really well and the t-shirt is really good quality! Love the gear!

Still not had a refund for my order, I sent back on 30/07/20. Messaged inside out on all platforms where they ‘endeavour to reply within 2-4 hours’ still nothing. Please can somebody contact me regarding this? Order: #3717

I still have not received any refund for this product, any idea on how long it should take to land in my account if it was processed in the 10th? Once this is received I will update review. Thanks

Thanks for clarifying, can I ask where I should find this as I haven’t got an email showing this?

I have not received such credit note as mentioned in previous reply. Please can this be sorted ASAP. Also it would be nice to actually speak to somebody regarding this matter as communicating via trust pilot reviews isn’t the most practical way of going about things.

Good quality jeans which matched the picture and description on the website - very happy with my purchase

I’ve sent back my item as it was not the same as the picture and I have still yet to receive a refund.

This compares are unreliable, I bought 2 products but only recived 1 and now they are refusing to give me a refund.

I sent £100 with them and personally I wouldn't recommend anyone use them unless you like paying money for appsoultly nothing.
