The company is terrible, first of all the clothing looks nothing like the pictures, horrible fitting, terrible quality. For that reason I returned my items back, and it has been over 2 weeks since I did so and I still have not received any update in regards to my refund, no contact at all from them, even though I have contacted them numerous times. I still have no information about what’s happening and I’m starting to get really agitated and will take further legal action if no response is given in the next few days.

Refunds are basically impossible with these lot.
Email, Phone number and Instagram and you still can’t get through.
If anyone didn’t get a refund take it to the bank to get it sorted and get this company shut down.

Dunno what kind of company you got going on here. Ordered a pair of jeans and was sent the wrong pair. I emailed and they said was a mistake even tho the package on the jeans had a note with completely different address and name to what was on the outer packaging. I emailed and they replied and I understand it might of been genuine error. I was called by someone to say they were going to send me the jeans I ordered that day and told me to keep the ones they had sent for Free even tho I said I didn’t want them. Another week goes by still no reply or no jeans so I email again. I’m told the jeans will be sent out that day another week goes by I email again this time they choose not to reply and I’m still without the jeans I purchased and was told twice I was going to be sent. Avoid this company complete joke

In February I ordered a pair of jeans from Inside Out Denim. They never arrived. I then posted a previous 1 star review complaining about that. (You will see their first response below). The company responded explaining how they'd lost many orders in February, but were happy to resend the jeans and another pair as a sorry. I explained I no longer needed any jeans as I had gone and bought some others from a different, reliable company and simply requested a refund instead for the jeans that never arrived.

Since then the company has gone back to ignoring my emails and will not refund me. Do not buy from these thieves!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. 130 pounds worth of jeans returned 'signed for' at cost of 11 quid. This was over three weeks ago. Not one communication from this company. I've emailed countless time, used the 'chat' facility....tried the whats app (which is not used anymore and isn't monitored). No wonder they don't provide a phone number to ring - I mean who doesn't have a phone number these days? Please think twice about spending money with this company.

The stars are because we have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a refund and the item went back and they received it 2 days after collection recorded delivery signature. Still not heard been trying to get hold of them. They state 5 working days for refund, it’s now 3 weeks.😕Hoping they don’t say now they went down in sale as at the time of them being returned (2 days late )they were not reduced from the £70 .my boy bought these with his pocket money he’s so upset.

Jeans are very short I’m a 34 leg and these were very short alordered two different pairs and both times I have not been refunded instead have been given store credit despite purchasing the jeans that were not In the sale and thus I should of received a full refund tried emailing but they just don’t reply to any of them very untrustworthy would avoid
