Excellent customer service. I found IrishShop.com on-line to help my mom find a unique gift for my Aunt and Uncle's 50th anniversary. I found a wonderful plaque that could be personalized. I called to place the oder over the phone because I wanted to make sure it could be prepared (personalized) and shipped in time for the anticipated party. They were very helpful and diligent with my request and the item was prepared and delivered on time. They were thrilled with the wonderful gift.

Absolutely beautiful rings and with expedited shipping I received them in time for my wife's 60th birthday. Very solid feel and sized perfectly. I will definitely be doing business with the Irish Shop again.

The question I asked via email was answered promptly and the product I ordered arrived quickly. It is a ring and it is absolutely stunning.

I ordered a table runner which possibly was not in stock. There was an additional week in its delivery which happened to coincide with an additional order I placed after my original order. I received a refund of part of my shipping expense because the two orders were able to be combined. Great communication, beautiful table runner and great packaging!!! I was recently in Dublin and visited this shop. I wanted additional items since then and ordered online. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this company.

Ordered a couple of items and received one right on time. The second item was never received, so I contacted the company through their website and received a prompt response and immediate solution. The missing item was received a short time later. I would definitely recommend this company and do business with them again in the future.

I have had a very good experience with IrishShop. Everything I have ordered has been excellent quality and has arrived in a very timely manner.

My garden was included on a tour....a money raiser for the community garden club. There were 300 tickets sold at $15 each and 12 gardens included. My garden has an Irish Telefone booth, celtic crosses, sheep and lamb statues, fairies, leprechauns and shamrocks but I needed two traditional Irish items to hang from a trellis. I found the perfect objects at IrishShop.com. I purchased the trinity knot and the metal tree of life and hung them. They could be seen from all angles....they drifted in the breezes...they were delivered in a timely manner. Many of the avid gardeners admired them and I shared where I got them. And they are still looking great!

The product was not the quality item I was hoping for, the material of the golf shirt purchased was cheap looking and the logo engraved on the shirt is larger than expected. A little disappointed all around as this was a anniversary gift to my husband.

I got the wrong ring mailed to me at first (correct box but wrong ring inside with no cushion) but they were very prompt in replying to my email and sending me the correct ring without charging me. Don't try to call though. Every time I tried to contact them via telephone it went straight to voicemail and you aren't able to understand the recording.
