BUYER BEWARE- had the most horrendous, frustating experience with this company. Live chat was essentially useless my queries where not dealt with, i could not get an agent to call me, eventually someone did call me after 3 days !!!

Worst customer experience ever.
Whilst we fully appreciate that this is an online platform, the customer experience is very poor if there is any issue at all. We eventually cancelled the policy before it took effect, and were still charged £40 and advised that the full premium we paid could take up to 45 days to return.
That is an appalling level of service for an insurance company in a regulated market. A card refund should not take more than 2/3 working days.
We have absolutely no confidence in this company and would not recommend it under any circumstances.
The 1 star rating is only by default as zero stars was not an option.

Terrible customer service and no support whatsoever. If you need any assistance, rest assured you’ll only end up frustrated. I took out the insurance thinking it was a reputable company. Very poor service, unfortunately.

I would never go to this company and I…
I would never go to this company and I would not recommend them to anyone. This was my daughter’s first experience with insurance and they could not have made it harder. She gave the down payment but she had not got the completed paper work so we had to cancel. She was just insured for 3 weeks, she paid 496€ and now they are trying to charge her a further charge of €158 for Direct Debit charges. We had nothing but a horrible experience with this company.

Competitive quote. Questionable Telemetrics Scoring
So far, ITS4Women has been easy to deal with, and we received a very competitive renewal quote for my daughter this year, which we really appreciated.
However, I do have one criticism that potential customers should be aware of. My daughter is now in her third year with ITS4Women and has a telematics box installed, allowing her to earn reward points based on her driving. Since January 2026, she has been away on a six-month student exchange and her car has remained parked on our driveway, completely unused. We kept the insurance active in case she needed to return home unexpectedly.
Despite the car not being driven at all, she continued to receive weekly and monthly driving reports and was consistently assigned a driving score. The reports contained no negative driving incidents, yet her score remained around 63, preventing her from earning reward credits. This struck us as both puzzling and somewhat concerning, as it raises questions about how these scores are calculated when no driving has actually taken place.
So far, ITS4Women has been easy to deal with, and we received a very competitive renewal quote for my daughter this year, which we really appreciated.

Apart from this issue with the telematics system, our overall experience has been positive. Customer service has been straightforward, and the pricing has been very competitive. Nevertheless, based on our experience, I do have reservations about the credibility and transparency of the scoring and reward mechanism.

It was a pleasure to deal with a company that did not try to pressure me onto there product. No calls twice a day just a simple offer that made financial sense to me I didn't even check other companies for prices hopefully it will be the same next year I've told my partner and friends about it.

Everything is easy and clar to renewal…
Everything is easy and clar to renewal of insurance, I'm from few years with Its4women, however I pay evey year higher rate, no incidents, no claims. Generally, the prices of insurance in Ireland is one of the highest in Europe.

We are aware there has been an increase in the rates of Insurance within Ireland, unfortunately this is due to the claims to loss ratio and this in turn increases premiums for all our customers.
