Tom S. is outstanding!!! He has been our agent for a couple years and he provides Five Star service to his customers. He is always courteous and very patient throughout the process which can take time when you have a lot of doctors and medications to check and see if they are covered under the various insurance plans that are available. Not only did agent Salah Gaddy take care of the issue I was having with my policy, but after having told him that I had been hung up on multiple times already, he assured me that he wouldn't hang up on me. When the call dropped due to technical issues, he went above and beyond, and reached back out to me so that he could finish helping me with my policy.
