Reed M. did a fabulous job helping me with my Health care needs! He thoroughly went over the information, relating to me what my options were and how each one worked. He took great care in explaining everything to me, answering every question that I had. Even going as far as asking again if I had any other questions, making sure I completely understood everything that he had gone over with me. It was very reassuring to speak with him. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. It almost feels like I've known him forever.
I never once felt rushed to hurry with making any decisions or asking anymore questions. I could tell that he was very experienced. But without feeling any pressure from him to move on quickly. I would definitely recommend him, to anyone that is in the market for their health Insurance needs. Your company is very fortunate to have someone like Reed M. on their side. Someone that goes above and beyond to make you feel that you're just as important as the next person. He gets an A+ from me.
