Jenkins Property Reviews

The agent has been extremely helpful throughout, her knowledge and ability have ensured a quick sale achieving the full asking price.

I would readily recommend Jenkins as a first class estate agents and Barbara Linnell in particular.

I would not recommend this property management company to a renter or property owner seeking property management services.

My experience with this property management team was very disappointing. It appears that there is a lack of communication within the team, which has resulted in false promises being made to guests.

Moreover, if there appears to be any disagreement, the professionalism of the team seems to disappear. In any trusted agency, I would expect professionalism regardless of the circumstances, and sadly, this agency is inconsistent with its treatment of its "valued" guests.

I would be very wary of using this property management company.

--UPDATE
We were working with Hanna and Will on a short-term rental. Will is aware of the complaint

We purchased a house through Jenkins and the service they provided was amazing. Though the purchase took longer than expected (no fault of Jenkins), Barbara was fantastic and so helpful whenever we needed anything to be chased. Would 100% use them again and Barbara couldn’t have been more helpful.

This is the third time we have used Jenkins to sell our properties and yet again I can not fault them. The marketing, the sale and after sale contact was exceptional.

If you want to sell your home look than no further than Barbara at Jenkins.
This lady held our hands all the way and worked her socks off.
The professional loyal way they guided this sale was amazing and outstanding.
Thank you to Jenkins but especially to Barbara.

Very happy with the service from Jenkins property, especially with Barbara from the sales team couldn’t be faulted and was very helpful. Would defo use Jenkins again!

I had a very up,and down sale of my late mums home, Barbara at Jenkins was an absolute professional and voice of reason throughout the whole process. The Jenkins team kept in touch with every aspect of the sale even off duty and off sick!!! I would recommend them highly if you are selling your home or renting.

All I can say is I'm so pleased that I chose Jenkins Property. A huge thank you to dear Barbara & Georgie!
From start to finish they informed me how things were progressing when I was buying a property through Jenkins. I can honestly say that I would definitely without any hesitation use them again. Absolutely delightful team.

Paul and Georgie that have worked on the sale and sale progression are simply the best. Fast, efficient, responsive and committed to get this done and on time. We couldn't have been more grateful and satisfied and would gladly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.

Exceptional service by Paul and the whole Jenkins Property team. Very professional but always people friendly. They do listen and care about your needs, help and guide you along the way of what otherwise may be a complicated and stressful process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to buy or sell.

Excellent service all round, best estate agent I have ever come across.

Keep you fully informed and leave nothing to chance.

Don't go anywhere else, use them.

This was not the most straightforward of sales, but Jenkins' staff were unfailingly attentive and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them

My husband and I were recommended Barbara by a family member earlier this month for the sale of our property.

We met with several agents but knew wanted to go with Barbara as soon as we met her. Her honesty and fantastic knowledge of the market and area made us feel completely at ease and assured that we would be in great hands with her - it was the best decision we have made!

Barbara quickly got our house onto the market and in less than a week closed the sale of our property, achieving the price we wanted. The journey with Barbara was stress free and the communication and guidance from her throughout was exceptional. Barbara also helped review potential properties we were interested in giving us honest and impartial feedback - despite these being marketed by other agencies. This was invaluable and lead to us having an offer accepted on dream home less than 24 hours after viewing. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and we cannot recommend her enough.

Thank you so much Barbara!

Jenkins sold my property during the lockdown, i was worried it would take a while to sell however the virtual walk around that Jenkins offered with their cameras were great.

I was dealing with Barbara who was very helpful and always picked up the phone when I called. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

This estate agent have provided a first class service - what a fantastic team! They have actually sold my property 4 times for the asking price ( we lost 2 buyers because we couldn’t find anything, one buyer went cold and pulled out, so 4th time lucky). They are professional , friendly, engaging and always respond to calls or emails . We have also been kept up to date with regards to our sales progression . Well done Jenkins 👍

After a long journey selling our house and relocating, Jenkins achieved our dream for us! We would especially like to thank Barbara & Georgie who were extremely honest, supportive, patient, positive, and professional throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend them over any other estate agent and we tried a few!

I have recently purchased my first house through Jenkins Property and I can highly recommend. From start to finish they were friendly, helpful and professional. Any queries we had, they were answered straight away. They made the process very smooth.
