Its perfect and simplify the attendance of employees. I am using its free version since one month and satisfied. I recommend it for others.

I love using Jibble.

My Jibble app isn’t working. I’m stuck on break, and the break doesn’t end when I tap the yellow button. It just beeps and doesn’t take any action. After that, every tap only causes a beep. This issue started after the latest Jibble update. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, logging out, and other options, but it’s been almost a week and the app still isn’t working.

They said it was 100% free yet as you then use your email and phone number to sign up and create the account (which they will sell your info to 3rd parties) they hide all the features you want behind a paywall. Avoid if possible and do not give them your email and phone number unless you you want more than a stopwatch.

Customer support with zero help complete bait and switch on the fees and what I’m being charged absolute bullshit will never recommend!

It's a great tool for time tracking. What I find failing for my team, in particular, is the managers' ability to set time targets per task. Also, in the scenario where the account owner has left the organisation, there should be a process to change the owner.

It needs to include some additional features in the project‑adding section for owners and admins. For example, while adding a project, it should allow entry of the project task or activity, the date the project was received, the expected completion date, the project status, how many days have passed since the project was received, and the reason the project is pending (such as outstanding information). Including this option would make the system more effective.

I am using this product for employee tracking and time off tracking. App is simple to use and has decent flexibility. I would like to use the app to edit time off policies. One major thing that this product is missing is the ability to track unpaid time off.

Pro -
The GPS is absolutely necessary for the employee's we have as well as management. It's so much better than the GPS included with QB Timesheets app!

We're a residential/commerical paint service, numerous repeat clients. The archive option under locations/projects makes my job so much easier!

Con -
I wish reports had some more 'movement' in options to pull. When I need to pull according to jobs & employee's it's mostly useable, but it would be nice to be able to pull other ways as well.

It would be so awesome if 'projects' could be the primary option in the app instead of just activities & then dig deeper to 'projects'. It confuses some of my older employee's & we bill out according to the project.

Why is it that I can choose the DATE RANGE for the mobile app when exporting TIMESHEET, but in the browser version I CANNOT EXPORT THE DATE RANGE? This is EXTREMELY important because my filipino employees get paid every 15 days and I cant do all of this quickly on my desktop. The browser version only allows daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets, but in the app i can select custom dates. Can you please enable the custom date feature on the browser version please???

When I add new member for kiosk only without adding one extra seat, I cannot do smoothly. Currently I am using Premium Plan.

Jibble helped us evolve from paper time cards to digital time keeping! It has saved us a lot of time and is very user friendly! I do wish they had more customizations, like time clock rounding, but overall, the price and service has been great for our small non-profit needs.

We have employees that work from home and in other states, this works well for us and the price is also reasonable. It could be better at the final tally's as far as breaks and lunch's are concerned however, it's easy to review.

Jibble is a good time tracking tool, easy to use for users and simple also.

We are a small company and were doing TIMECARDS before Jibble. It will take an hour to do payroll before. Now it takes 4 minutes. 3 minutes to check everyones hours from the week before and 1 minute to run the report, download it, check it and submit it to payroll. And because we can select the format we want our hours to show, it takes payroll like 10 minutes to process payroll instead of a couple of hours.
Wish:
1. The "Holiday "Calendar, while it displays in the timesheet it does not apply the hours to employees, so I created Holiday -PTO option, but I have to add that to each individual person, one at the time because there is not a batch option for that. So if they could have at least 1 "paid " Calendar that would automatically add those hours to the paid hours, that will be great! I would create a couple of calendar, since you can assigned multiple people to those and one will be a paid calendar and a non paid one, for those day that the office is closed but employees need to take PTO if they desire to be paid.
We are experimenting with "Activities & Projects" and loving it so far!!

I found it hard to set up and I don’t use the upload feature for quick books because it doesn’t separate overtime . I can’t figure out how to make that work. I also can’t set the pay periods the way I want them and would like to be able to. So overall it was not user friendly. It works ok for the staff to put their time in. But I still have to go though and print time sheets and figure out overtime myself.

Jibble is a great app, and the team is really responsive when you have queries.
Only the downfalls would be occasional lags in loading daily hours after editing, discrepancies between the address of a clock-in and the person's actual location on the map and a few features that are missing that would be really useful. For example, being able to copy one person's hours to another (if they've worked the same that day) or to add standardised breaks (an easy-click add 30 min break button for example).
