Very good software for time tracking except for the desktop app, which crashes often.

Easy to use. Mobile App is great. And my clients love the reporting breakdown of hours worked combined with my Helpdesk system

Jibble is a robust software which helps us alot with the staff attendance. we didn't have any issue until now. It is easy to operate and collect monthly data as well.

Please implement a feature to allow pdf conversion for report exports

In general, Jibble is great. However, there are a few key UI/UX issues and bugs that hamper my ability to give this 5 stars. (1) Clocked times, especially clock out times, sometimes do not register or display properly. I can refresh, close the browser, open it again... or cycle to an older week and back again... and *sometimes* it will update to display what I inputted... and other times, I have to edit the clockout and save - which might fix it... or delete the clock out, then make an identical new one. I have 8 students I need to do this twice for... 16 times... and this bug is very inconvenient. (2) When I create a clock in time, the popup countdown display window (why do we need that again???) displays EXACTLY on top of the "add time entry" which is what I want to click on... so I have to close the tiny pop up, then click add time entry. Both of these are the most annoying bugs/implementations that can ruin the experience due to the number of times I experience them both.

However... the rest of the design works well. One request: Please allow me on mobile to display groups... I have the group of my students that I can see on desktop, but cannot on mobile... I have to individually display each student... this is not good UX. Fix those 3 things... and I'll give Jibble 5 stars!

we want to shift from using Payroll Panda 1 to Jibble and then Payroll Panda 2, but the leftover days of leave we are not able to set properly.

The leave calculation we also don't know how it works. Not clear at all.

Ease of use with leave balance remaining. However, we would request you look into the accrual leave settings to allow leaves accrual absed on hors/days worked excluding days that have sick leave, etc..

The software and website work fine, the free tier seems fairly generous, but I received an email offering me a $50 gift card to shill their product on reddit. Reddit's content policy explicitly bans undisclosed promotions and Jibble is not requiring/encouraging disclosure. I believe this is in violation of FTC rules as well in the US. Searching for Jibble on Reddit reveals a lot of people have traded their integrity for a gift card - sad. If they are willing to do this I wonder what they're doing with the software installed on employee computers, the data in screenshots, etc.

Absolute garbage. It doesn't even have the ability to generate basic reports. Don't waste your money on this rubbish

On Dec 30, 2024 I got charged for the monthly membership but I decided to cancel it two days later.
After I canceled the subscription all paid perks got removed immediately. They charged for a service which is not getting fulfilled. This is basically a scam.

Within two weeks I haven't got a reply from the official support email, but now from their billing email and they basically refuse any refunds. I will now open a charge back with my bank. Companies like this should not exist.
