Not good. Delivered a duvet for cleaning on 19/7, did not receive it back until 11/8, despite being advised when calling to enquire, it would be 10 days. Will not be using again. Went to an another local company, who cleaned another duvet i had in 3.5 days. The staff were polite and helpful though.

Having never used your Photo Printing service Ethan could see that we were reading the instructions on how things worked and quickly asked if he could help. Phew! Yes please. I was so relieved that I wasn't going to make a mess of the process now! He simply asked what I would like printing, I handed him my phone and, like a smooth operator, literally whizzed through each step and handed my phone back to me. Then told me that the prints would appear in the tray at the bottom and showed me where there were envelopes to put them in. And should I need any frames at all, there was a nice selection to the side. I thanked Ethan and he went off to continue with his other duties. Within no time the prints were delivered and they were perfect, popped them in an envelope and chose a frame. Ethan was at the counter when I went to pay and he asked if I would like one of the prints putting in the frame? He said he needed to trim it, took it to one side and came back with it framed. Honestly, we were blown away by his service and professionalism, he is a credit to Johnsons. Thank you again Ethan 🫶🏻

Terrible customer service. Curtains damaged, 3 eyelet rings have come out and also put my husbands wedding jacket in and they have lost it.No compensation for the hassle or distress caused for both items.would never use this service age, if you can call it that.i now have to waste more time, petrol taking my curtains back to the store where they were purchased to see if they can fix them.Waste of time and money on this company. Had no contact to say they had been returned to the Waitrose in Thatcham or that the curtains were damaged and jacket lost. Very poor customer service.

Avoid at all cost, especially for expensive clothing.
We took two suits to be dry cleaned via Waitrose, and they were sent to Johnson Cleaners.
When we handed in the suits they were in very good condition, with only a couple of minor creases.
When we got them back, the suits smelt strongly of chemicals that made us ill, plus the suits seemed to have shrunk a bit, and were extremely creased, and lots of wrinkles (puckered). It looked like they had shrunk the stitching.
After a bit of back and forth we had to return them to be fixed, even though we didn't really want to, as you can't really fix a shrunk suit.
When we received the suits back a second time, they came back even worse - twice as bad as when they had come back the first time.
There now isn't a single spot which isn't creased, and the suits are now extremely wrinkled and cannot be worn. They went from suits that looked new to being in the worst condition I've ever seen a suit, and stink to high heaven. Even if they hadn't ruined the suits, I probably wouldn't be able to wear them for long due to the chemical smells making my nose run.
I was intending to wear my suit for both my 21st birthday and my friend's graduation, both of which I've now had to go suitless to.

Awful service at Stafford store. I've used this store to collect parcels for over 12 months arrive today and because my parcel is initialled K and my name is Catherine with a C, they won't let me collect my parcel and as I don't have anything legal with the initial K, the parcel will now have to be returned. They would not accept my passport or driving licence with my photo, the address of delivery and my surname on. Ridiculous I've collected from here before and my daughter has also collected parcels for me, won't be using them again. Very jobsworth all for an initial !!!

Absolutely awful customer service! The woman that served my mother to take some parcels back was very rude and dismissive and only sent her away with one confirmation for the one parcel but not the other. I think you need to send your staff on a customer service course! Absolutely disgusting will never use these people again.

I took my dry clean only quilt to Johnsons Eastbourne branch to be cleaned 2 weeks ago, I had taken it to them before a few months earlier without any issues so was completely unprepared for what happened next. On the day of collection my quilt had been put in a Johnsons dry clean bag as opposed to wrapped in cling film on the previous occasion of collection , I was really grateful as easier to carry and thanked the manager for being so kind, I now realise why he did this as when I got home I was completely shocked to see the quilt had 1. Been damaged in two separate areas as in the colour had completely changed 2. Smelt strongly of chemicals and 3. Was really badly creased, at no time did the store manager tell me that my quilt had been damaged and feel he definitely put the item in the bag to disguise what had happened. This Quilt is a king size dry clean only item from retailer Graham & Green in what was a lovely Rose pink colour. I returned to the branch with my quilt clearly upset, the same store manager was there, when I showed him the state of the quilt, his actual response was the quilt has bled, these things happen, you take responsibility for bringing your items to be dry cleaned and there is nothing he can do, he also complained to me that the dye in the quilt had bled in his machine and he had to clean out all the filters, when I asked him why he hadn’t discussed the damaged with me he stated that he hadn’t seen it which was unbelievable as it was in two separate areas, he also denied the strong smell of chemicals and when I said to him that it had been cleaned here before without issue he said in a very arrogant response I know, it bled then as well and caused damage to my filters, I left the store in tears and went online to Johnsons customer services to log a complaint and attached pictures of what had happened, when I returned to the store I was advised that the quilt would be re cleaned and if the quilt remained in the same condition then it would be sent off to Johnsons expert for their opinion. Today I received a call from the store manager stating that he now had the quilt back from their expert and his report concluded sun damaged!!! Words can’t describe how ridiculous that statement is when I was already advised by the store manager that the quilt had bled and now suddenly it was sun damaged and not their responsibility, once again the store manager was rude and arrogant with his response not once throughout all of my conversations with him has he said sorry, he has been intimidating and blamed me for some reason, he covered up the fact of the quilt being damaged when I collected it and refused to confirm that it definitely wasn’t damaged when I left it with him, what is even more unbelievable is I am now being blamed for damaging my own quilt when the store manager has said the colour has run and their apparent expert has stated the colour run is now sun damaged, when I asked the store manager for an independent review he stated there was no point as they would say the same thing, which is what exactly Sun damaged or colour run? Either way this whole experience has left me so upset and without a quilt, how can following a simple cleaning instruction by taking my quilt to a dry cleaners be at my own risk and responsible? surely nobody would use a dry cleaners if that is what they are telling their customers! Going forward I would advise avoiding Johnsons at all costs as they clearly have a get out clause for any damage they cause.

I used Johnsons cleaning via Waitrose. they have ruined a winter puffer coat and have refused to accept any responsibility. They commissioned an investigation report which demonstrated that the dry cleaning process caused the problems (popper coating ruined and water marks on the sleeves) but concluded that this must be a manufacturing issue - without offering any evidence for that at all. An absolute joke.
Update: As requested by the Johnson's response I got in touch with customer service (who I was already in touch with). They continued to be evasive and unhelpful and ultimately they did not ever help me get to a satisfactory solution. They have ruined an expensive coat and taken no responsibility for that. I will never use this company again.

Sandiacre Store (Timpsons)
I went in for a couple of watch batteries. While Stephen was fitting them we had a really nice conversation. He was so helpful with advice about the watches and measuring them for future strap replacements. These days when lots of transactions are automated and online it's so nice to get old-fashioned (although Stephen was a young guy) style shopkeeper attention! I find staff are alway really nice in Timpsons/ Johnsons!

Put 6 pairs trousers to be altered payed good money to be done 2 out of six not been touched and assistant adamant been done funny how other 4 pairs are 6 inches shorter which is correct length ,won't be using shop again absolutely shocking and ripped off by £36 avoid ,certainly need training to how to speak to customers

I took 12 items to the dry cleaning service at the Glasgow Buchanan Galleries John Lewis location. When I got them back, 9 of the items still had visible stains and looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned at all. I returned them to be redone, but they came back with the stains still there—and one pair of trousers even had the stitching come undone. In the end, I had to use Vanish gel and a scrub brush to clean the items myself. The staff at John Lewis were very pleasant, but as a student, I was disappointed to spend so much money on a service I ended up having to do myself.

I went into Sainsbury’s in woolton , Liverpool to get a battery for my car key, couldn’t find the battery so when I was walking out I noticed that Johnson’s do car key batteries so went over with my already opened key to fit the battery ( had opened it to check which battery I needed) so woman behind the desk flipped my battery out to see the number… put the old battery back in and gave me a new battery (£5)
I tried to get my battery out of key and it wouldnt come out so asked the lady to just flip it out for me with her tool with the response “ if I do the it’ll cost a lot of money “ 🤦🏻♀️ absolutely gobsmacked … won’t be going there ever again !!
