Excellent service from Tom and Vicki, professional, efficient and friendly. This winning combination resulted in a quick sale over asking price. All aspects of the process were handled very efficiently and they even went above and beyond by liaising with other agents and solicitors to help me secure my new home. Highly recommend.

Used Jordan Fishwick to sell my house - what a mistake. Left 2 external doors unlocked after doing viewings. Even having 20 min appointments for viewings, they didn't show people anything in the house and just let them wander around. Didn't bother to stay for all the viewing appointments and never made the video house tour that was promised.
Completely unprofessional attitude. Rude staff who hung up mid sentence. Could not recommend and would never use again. Didn't do their job and very unimpressed by the customer service (or lack thereof).

This was the first property I bought but it was made a lot less daunting by the Jordan Fishwick team, who were always friendly and helpful to a fault. I want to give a special thanks to Maura who was always on hand to help and made what was quite a long and stressful sales process a lot easier for me.

JF we’re supposed to market our house for sale. They showed people round when we weren’t there (which was fine) but failed to remember where the keys for the back door were to show people to garden. Needless to say, it didn’t sell. Oh, and they tried to sell it to a disability charity. A house with stairs. And no room for a lift.

They then rented it to a guy (who was apparently a friend of theirs) who didn’t pay the rent, who blocked the drains, who beat up his partner causing the police to come round, and who caused a leak that wrecked the wooden floor. They also didn’t check the house when he was there so missed the dog living there.

Jordan Fishwich in Chorlton made the whole moving experience as easy as possible. Their professional yet personal approach was reassuring and understanding of my individual needs right from the start. Harry Ignatowicz was very appreciative of the pressures I was under and provided all the necessary information and a very timely approach to my sale.

Once the process was underway, Maura Duffy was incredible, her kindness and supportive manner went above and beyond what I expected of any agent and every query was tackled with speed and efficiency but with sincerity.

I would highly recommend Jordan Fishwich to anyone considering a house sale.

I rented a flat from Jordan Fishwick, who managed it for the owner. “Managing” involved turning a blind-eye to the fly-tipping in communal areas. I left the flat spotless, after years of managing to wheel the huge shared bins out to the street for collection every week. Before moving I phoned Jordan Fishwick twice to seek assurance that my deposit would be returned, and give them opportunity to inspect. They assured me that I had nothing to worry about. I raised my concerns about the communal areas. Not a problem, they said. A month later … I’m desperate for my deposit to be returned. No phone call, just a text: “The landlord is keeping £160 of your deposit to pay for the removal of litter in communal areas". No way to contact them. It’s Christmas Eve. Their Twitter is full of glad-tidings and self-congratulation. It takes months of arbitration and evidence for the Deposit Protection Scheme to get my deposit back. They have never apologised. I took to Twitter and Youtube to share my experience. They blocked me.

Selling our mother's flat. They would have got a decent amount of stars if not for the fact that they totally ignore me as an executor and only deal with my brother. Tbh these estate agents are the same as any other. Purple Bricks would have been cheaper though but I didn't get any say in it!

This company is quite frankly shockingly awful. Right from the start of the rent period, when furniture that was due to be removed wasn't and the house was filthy, to the end when they tried to keep my deposit and disputed for over 3 month. Now when go legal with the TDS Tenancy Deposit Scheme, is over 3 months so cant get my money back - they knew this from the beginning. This firm is one on the worst I have ever dealt with. They have no customer care ethic at all. Indeed their attitude is so bad would make a perect comedy sketch. I would avoid at all costs.

Absolute nightmare of a letting agency! Do not ever rent from them!! When we moved from America to England we were told by JF the home had been “cleaned”. We opened the door and you would have though they were filming an episode of Breaking Bad in the home!! It was like squatters we’re living there. Food all over kitchen cabinets, broken glass everywhere. Trash all in garage and paint cans left. Over the 7 years we had no heat for weeks at a time no hot water. Basically JF never responded quickly and the home owner didn’t respond quickly at all to urgent repairs. I would never list a home for sale or rent from Jordan Fishwick. We must have gone through 20 different property managers during 7 years!!! What does that say! Such a terrible overall experience and now they have home listed to rent again after we were told homeowner was selling the home! Slimy people!!! 😡😡

Will never rent with Jordan Fishwick again. We had no working toilet when we moved in, broken blinds, broken radiators, mold and a rusty microwave.
After countless calls, emails and even an attempt to withhold our rent it took them 8 months to fix all these using dodgy contractors hired by the landlord, not themselves.

Compared with a number of other agencies we have rented with prior to and since renting with Jordan Fishwick, they are the only ones we have known to charge annual renewal fees (well over £100), made us wait up to three months before attending to necessary repairs (we went from March to June without a kitchen ceiling after it collapsed due to poor grouting in the bathroom) and stung us on our deposit (we were deducted due to their builders failing to remove bags of plaster from the garden, despite requests from us for them to remove it). We paid everything on time and kept the property in immaculate condition, ensuring we notified the agency immediately of any repairs that were required and were therefore shocked at being treated with such a lack of professionalism. Thankfully, we have since purchased a property through an excellent agency and do not have to rent and go through this again.

ALWAYS make sure you take pictures on the first day you move in and on the last day you leave.

After suffering from dirt, mold, flooding, damp carpets and a dodgy boiler a couple of times a year, they tried to withhold our deposit 😂 They tried, but failed, and returned our deposit in full.

Luckily we’ll never have to rent again and have now purchased our first house together.

Do your homework, take your pictures.

If you want to spend months waiting for anything to get fixed, deal with rude staff and go through a deposit dispute (which fortunately I managed to get the most back off) then this is the place to rent from. However I really would say that the stress isn't worth it. A terrible estate agent.
