Sent me earpods. One stopped working 8 weeks after delivery and they said no refund, no replacement. Bank refunded me.

Despite the bad reviews my courier advised me to contact this company about lost in transit item I decided to contact this company by email about a lost in transit head scarf that I had ordered they replied within 3 days they said they would reorder the item I received another email to say it had been reordered I should receive the order within 10 to 12 days, I got another email to say I should receive my order in 2 to 3 days the next day I received my order, so just over a week after emailing them about my lost order I received my item, good experience with this company.

Bought a useless self vacuum cleaner. Actually bought two. 1st one arrived utterly rubbish. 2nd one apparently lost in post!!!!! Waited forever to get a refund which wasn’t forthcoming, in the end claimed through bank. Suddenly the remember who I am! Too late. Avoid at all costs, just contributes to landfill! I would have given 0 stars if I could have!

What a joke!! Ordered in Nov 23 an item on Wowcher. First it apparently got sent back to sender, second time it was apparently picked up by the wrong courier. Asking for my refund I didn't get a response until my second request about a week later. Today, 17th Jan 24, they tell me it will take 7 - 10 days for the refund to clear. Shocking! Reading all the other reviews, this seems to be a fraudulent "company" and should be reported to trading standards. Awful, do NOT buy of them.

avoid like the plague, i ordered through wowcher December 12th still not received order on 8th Jan despite numerous emails i get no response. Save your money and time and dhop somewhere else.

What a total waste of time and money,as many customers have already dealt with with this so called company through GO GROUPIE AND WOWCHER ETC. How can be they aloud to trade and take peoples monies and not even reply to emails or supply goods.
Total injustice will take this further. I believe that third party people should have some responsibility for this so called dealer. I will not be dealing with these third parties any more until i get some sort of acceptable outcome to my query.

I ordered a kids spin top toy from this company through Wowcher. It never arrived and on looking on their web site this toy does not seem to exist. An absolute scam. Doesn't appear Wowcher has any responsibility for advertising their products. AVOID

USB robot cleaner x 2 never received no communication no refund definitely a scam I blame Wowcher steer clear of both!

An absolute disgrace! I ordered 3 bracelets from Just Gift Direct through Go Groopie and paid for the postage. To date, despite numberous emails I have only received 1 of the bracelets. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and the lack of customer service, this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Been waiting for parcel ordered via Wowcher for over 2 weeks now. Can't contact anybody via justgift or Wowcher. Just gift seems a waste of time and surprised that Wowcher supports such companies

Save your money or give it to a Company that appreciate their customers, Two messages sent no replies,13 days in no order or even a notification to say its dispatched! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Items not received after 13 days, no response from email, legal action now being taken to recover monies.

Absolutely disgusting! Doesn’t even deserve one star, ordered two grinch plushies through the link on Wowcher and they have never came and there is no way to get in touch with anyone for a refund! Appalled, currently have two very upset 3 year olds who really wanted this. Paying 35 pound to receive service as bad as this. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS.

Would give 0 if I could, ordered in september and delivery was scheduled for on or before 12th october, item never recieved, no way of contacting them and wowcher has no option of chasing it up either

Bad experience regarding a watch I got from WOWCHER. WOWCHER should stop stocking their goods too.

Bought a usb robot vacuum cleaner. Arrived tried to charge it. Charged for 20 seconds then the light went out. Wouldn’t charge or work. Asked for a replacement they said no problem then I confirmed address and they said they had submitted a refund. Which still waiting on. Now now a usb robot hoover that doesn’t work with no replacement and no refund yet.

I was worried when I saw all the 1-star reviews after I ordered, but the item (ordered with a code from Wowcher) arrived exactly on schedule and worked perfectly

Poor conditions of box, container inside the box. Dirt like it had been a warehouse for years. No care and attention to packaging…. Received it like it had been used as a football and sat on!
