Ordered a smart watch via wowcher for this company and still not received it, had no communication whatsoever from them, its put me off not only this company but wowcher too.

I wouldn’t even give a one star!
Ordered family set of Christmas PJ’s via Just Gift Direct in December. Ladies size 10 arrived it was a large and they stated the size was correct. It swamped me. Husbands set was ok. I said I would return the wrong size if they send me a postage label. Argued with them for months about it. Step sons set never arrived. They issued the refund for the missing set but this took several weeks, they never offered to resend which I’d have been happy with so we had a complete matching set(once they rectified the ladies size). During this time I was still arguing over the set that were too big. Due to the missing set and one set being too big I explained I didn’t want the husbands set. I just wanted to return them all for a refund! They finally sent me the postage label in APRIL!!!! I’ve now received the refund in May! I have the history of all the emails sent to Wowcher and Just Gift Direct over the 5 month period I’ve been chasing this! Most of the time I was going round in circles with different people replying to my emails each time! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Save your energy!

ordered a red games console from wowcher which i sent back as it wasent suited for my son im still waiting for my refund after 3 weeks do not order from this company

Ordered through Living Social. Both items were of terrible quality. I contacted them to ask for a refund or information on returns and got no response.

Brought something via wowcher, paid for shipping still hasn't arrived past the delivery date. Emailed them afew times and no response! Do not waste your money

This company is a total scam,they take your money for goods & postage & you don’t even get order confirmation.The goods never arrive & there is no way of getting your money back.they operate with gogroopie, another scammer.Have nothing to do with either of these companys.

Wish I had read the reviews first. Received a smart watch which apparently comes with charger. No charger, no instructions on charging the watch, wont turn on as no charge. After trawling youtube found out that the watch can be charged without charger, but the website definitely says it comes with a specific USB charging cable. Contact them to say this, they tell me it doesnt come with a cable. Send them a screenshot of the website saying it should be included, and their reply "sorry for any inconvenience". Pretty rubbish although seem to have got off better than most people ehre.

3 items ordered. According to wowcher 1 of the 3 items I ordered has been delivered to me via EVRI.
Evri confirmed the tracking number I received from wowcher was not an address anywhere near my postcode.
The 3 items I paid for were exactly the same product, from the same supplier BUT i had to pay 3 individual shipping costs.OMG
i not only paid for items i did not receive, i also paid for 3 shipping charges that were never used.
Will fight to get a refund, more out of principle than needing the refund.

Absolutely disgusting company they have ZERO customer service reply once a day via email! Purchased a drone through wowcher and redeemed it on this so called companies website the drone has stopped working email them they say I need the wocher code which I don’t have but have my order number which they say they can’t find. Telling me I should replace the wire that chargers it . I paid for goods that are clearly faulty and they won’t do anything. AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD

Absolute scoundrels, cheats and Charlatans who masquerade as a legitimate company. They are legitimised and enabled by Wowcher who bear much responsibility for these cowboys and too should be avoided as tainted by association. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PARTICULARLY THROUGH WOWCHER. You will be hugely disappointed, out of pocket and frustrated by their blatant dishonesty.

Disgusting I placed an order on the 12/12/2022 for a stranger things hoodie and 3 months later still nothing but with the reviews I've read they can stick it where the sun doesn't shine 🖕🏼 sent emails contacted evri no communication from either and I won't be using wowcher ever again bunch of untrustworthy thieves.

Order received was not the same as described in the listing on go groopie .I was asked to send images so I did jpg ones then emailed me back saying that they couldn't be seen please send again ?? Sent jpg format as listed on the email .thay advised me it had been dispatched .when I contacted courier it was still with the seller . Fed up of sorry this or that the item is not as described

Received a robot vacuum cleaner that was very ineffective. Returned it for a full refund and 2.5 months later I'm still waiting. With every email there's a promise of a refund, then a payment system glitch.... then another...... then who knows. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Companies shouldn't be allowed to work like this.

Ordered a kids camera with memory card, card was missing and charger lead was snapped, they offered me a £5 refund via PayPal, they submitted the refund as they was buying goods so I had to pay PayPal to get back a partial refund. When i contacted them and said I've had to pay for the refund and I haven't received the full £5 they said sorry for the inconvenience and left it at that. Everyone wowcher do business with are all scammers and cheap tat. I would avoid buying from wowcher as they only are in partnership with knock of junk company's.

Ordered an oral flosser that arrived today used. With finger prints all over it and blood on the tips. Contacted Wowcher and my bank to refund immediately.

Have had to inform the police as the smell from the parcel was burning my nose and giving me a headache. BEWARE.

I would leave zero stars if I could.
I purchased a lamp that arrived late, with one of the leads missing, they wouldnt send me the missing lead and I had to buy a suitable lead, then the lamp stopped working, after only a couple of uses, I contacted then and they told me they wouldn't do anything about it as it was outside its warranty of a whole 3 months.
It wasn't cheap. When it arrived it was in a cheap damaged box, and the quality of the lamp was questionable.
These people are rip off merchants.

I bought a heater in December, and it broke within the first 2 minutes. After sending numerous emails with return labels which I cannot print because I don't have a printer the post office will not accept them my they said they could not just send a QR code by itself I return this item to one of the addresses that was provided plus photographs of the receipt from the post office and now they say the postcode is wrong! I returned an email asking have they received the heater which I have no response. Is company just cares about your money and how to get it off you. I would not recommend this company to anybody. So they can stick their heater where the sun don't shine. AND YES THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY, PLUS THE £5.55 I PAID FOR POSTAGE.🤬
