Do not buy anything from them. They are such cowboys! Had an item delivered via Living Social (Wowcher) all the same anyway. Wasnt what i was expecting so tried to return the item. Tried all ways, email and emailing living social, you just get standard replies. I eventually got instructions on where to return the item, which i duely did at my own expense and sent ACTUAL proof of delivery and they still havent sent my refund. They keep sending me the same email stating that i have to send it back to this address in Cardiff, blah,blah, blah. It is there and i have told them so, and yet they still wont do my refund! Living social are just as much a joke, standard "we have your case" emails but still nothing! If this company is so awful they should stop selling their products.

My purchase through wowcher was for earbuds. They arrived fine, worked for a while, then only one would work, other ran out of power quickly. Kept charging. Did read on that this can happen with one earbud, to just ensure that bud is charged separately.
However now that bud not working at all. I contacted company asking for any advice, not for refund as some time had passed & knew that was unlikely. Received automated response expressing apologies but as 3 mths had passed was out of time could not refund or replace. I replied that I was after advice on what I could do to get them to work & received same response.
Avoid this company.

I bought some products through Wowcher from Just Gifts Direct. 3 x electric blankets. They don't work and I've been trying to send them back for a refund for 3 weeks now. Wowcher responded to me by Whatsapp and said I would have a response from the company - but the company aren't responding, except to say I can have £21 back for something I spent over £100 on. Not good service and I won't be buying anything through Wowcher again, knowing that it is virtually impossible to return what you buy. (FYI, 3 emails to Wowcher and 3 WhatsApp messages with a answer Bot!) (6 emails with Just Gifts Direct and automated responses to all of them!!) Not fun! Waste of time and waste of money.

Finally received the item. It was bought in the basis on a 13/14 year old size and they sent a size for 6 year old 110cm. China fake unlicensed item too. Waste of money

Bought 2 stranger things oodies for my twin nephews aged 13-14 paid extra £6.99 each !!! for delivery for Christmas both arrived in January and are tiny just about fits my 8 year old and poor quality. No response to emails asking for a return 😞

Bought a hooded blanket, size 13-14Y from Wowcher, when the item came it was too small for my 5year old! The quality is awful too.
Be very careful and read the dimensions when purchasing from this website.

This company do not even deserve 1 star. Utterly disgraceful service, products and delivery. Ordered 2 kids smart watches for Christmas. One arrived, packaging opened and burst. Scratches on the screen. The second didn't arrive. I complained and was told a full refund would be issued. Still waiting 14 days later. Meanwhile the other watch arrived finally and in the same condition as the first. So disappointing for my grandchildren plus no one can afford to be out of pocket right now.

Just like many of the other reviews I also tried to snap up a Stranger Things Snoodie for Christmas for my daughter. We had issues with Evri receiving the item but then disappearing. After 3 weeks I finally received the item and I was disgusted with the quality, size and the overall experience with this company!
They offered an exchange for a larger size but I refused and demanded a refund. I am now being ignored and Im trying to get Wowcher involved which is proving difficult too!!

ITEM NOT AS ADVERTISED AND I CANNOT FIND ANYWHERE I CAN CONTACT THEM TO RETURN AND GET A REFUND.....SHOCKING RUBBISH

Order has not arrived and after contacting them i was told to phone hermes myself. This was 2 gifts for christmas that I ordered through wowcher on 12th december. I requested a refund as its now January but I am still being told to contact hermes. Pathetic customer service...fuming!

Not even 1 star review! Ordered a stranger things hoodie 08.12.22 still not received had no details of tracking etc have emailed company and had no response absolutely shocking customer service wish I had read reviews before ordering! Don’t even know how the company are still going!

Reading the below reviews, I am shocked to see how this has happened to so many people. I ordered a Stranger Things Hoodie for my daughter ages 15/16 years at the beginning or December. After chasing, it arrived today and is so small it won't even fit my 8 year old son. Didn't get a response from customer service the last time I emailed to find out where my order was, so won't hold my breath this time. Disgrace!

I ordered a Stranger Things inspired snuggle hooded blanket at the beginning of December for my grand daughter for christmas, it has just been delivered today (3rd Jan 2023). I ordered a 15/16 years, even though she is only 11, I doubt it would fit a 10 year old, it's tiny. The quality of it is a disgrace, looks like it's been worn and washed so much it's losing the pile of the material in places. Couldn't give no stars so I had to give 1, will not be using them again. Working on getting my money back, thank goodness I paid through Paypal. This was bought through Wowcher from 'Justgiftdirect'. I have taken photos but can't find anywhere to upload them to on here.

Ordered a flying boomerang ball in november via wowcher. Just gift gave a tracking number and estimated delivery was 5th December. When I looked on the 10th Dec, it said with sender. So I emailed them and they said there's a delay in postage but it was in transit to yodel, I gave it another week before emailing again on the 17th, as it still said with sender. They emailed back saying "yodel are out of stock" so I told them it says with sender, which is them, how can it be out of stock with yodel if they personally sent the item to yodel! At this point I knew it was a farce and that I wasn't going to receive the item. I emailed for a full refund and they have sent one back confirming a full refund as been issued and to give it 3-5 working days... I'm not holding my breath!

Absolutely awful company - avoid at all costs.
Purchased a stranger things hoodie for my daughter for Christmas at the beginning of December. It’s till stuck on “we have it” with Evri and cannot contact anyone regarding it. Have emailed Wowcher several times. So so disappointed in Wowcher. I would never have thought they would have affiliation with this scamming company.
It has made me extremely wary to use Wowcher now and the fact that it was evri that was the courier was the final nail in the coffin.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Ordered 3 hoodies on 9th December still waiting checked tracking and says here's have had it since 12th 3 upset grandkids

I'd absolutely never order through this again.

Luckily ordered with PayPal who have refunded product buy still fighting for p&p refund.

I ordered a Christmas present through this shambolic company and what a regret that was, EVRI had the parcel since 09/12/2022 and confirmed a week later that the package was lost, I emailed customer service again and again but got no reply until after Christmas for them to say they are waiting 7 working days to here back from evri! I sent the proof that evri lost it and I keep getting the same response and now getting no response again! So it's close to a month and these horrible people are holding MY MONEY for no reason what so ever!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought a smart watch of these cowboys through wowcher, it came with no charger, product looks beyond cheap, definitely not recommended, save your money people.
