made order for two flying balls one got delived to me but the other one got deliverd somewhere down south sent them lots of emails just getting replies making excuses

No delivery, no email response, clearly should have read the emails beforehand

I’ve had the exact same experience as many of the other reviews. Ordered through Wowcher. Followed up with Evri who said they’d lost my parcel. No sign of replacement or refund. Do not use!

Avoid like the plague! Ordered off wowcher parcel was sent but has been admittedly lost by evri. I've emailed several times to no response no other way of contacting the company and no way of disputing with wowcher. So lost my money with no hope it will be refunded either.

Do not use this company ordered of here 9th Dec still haven't received it they've took my money not sent my order or give a refund ignored all my emails messaged on WhatsApp read my message and still haven't replied there obviously ripping everyone of stay clear

4 weeks after ordering, still not arrived and the courier (Evri) stated its lost. No response from Customer Service, should have read the reviews first.

Ordered Christmas pyjamas from them. They charged for postage twice and the item came in the wrong size. Avoid like the plague.

Do not buy from this company their products are cheap and nasty then will not refund you!!! Buyers beware!!!

DO NOT use this company. I ordered 3 items 2 months ago and they haven't arrived. The only customer service is via email, they take over a day to reply and they will not refund my money, just keep sending small talk back. They are a complete hoax and they do not deserve to be trading.

This company sells crappy goods, please all buyers don't waist your money buying items from this seller. I bought a grass trimmer from this seller for £10.99 from £34.99, and omg the thing like a kids toy and wouldn't cut paper never mind grass. Just be very careful with this seller of crap goods.

Do not buy from this company they are a complete scam. All contact info is false and no emails will go through they will be kicked back to your inbox. Companies such as wowcher gogroopie groupon all use this so called merchant.You will never receive your purchase only ever lose your money.

Ordered two coats for my children, they have sent the wrong sizes and customer service is terrible, i cant speak to anyone, receiving emails at 2am and no help or alternative is being given

I ordered a 4 area heated Gilet when it arrived only the neck was heating up and it was very very small. I have been emailing the company as Wowcher won't help. The company are saying its my fault not sure how they come to that conclusion. The emails are one or two words so I don't know if they are going to send another Gillet but want my money back. Won't be using Wowcher again.

ordered a jacket didn't like it but no returns address,
e mail didn't work so went via Wowcher who i got the voucher from they helped to get JustGiftdirect to allow me an address to send jacket back to but still waiting refund?! I was also told they had no idea what the customer expects and tried to get out of this way also asked me if it didn't work! I obviously said a jacket didn't need to work!

Fell victim to this scam. Paid £7.99 plus postage for tower fan. Absolutely rubbish. I decided to return for refund, which I did on 1/8/22 at my cost again. I've had No refund from them and no contact at all. Wish I'd read these messages before I ordered on 13.7.22. It totally put me off Wowcher, so I cancelled using them too. Really let down.

Ordered 2 ladies fleece off Wowcher, ended up paying 2 x postage, didn't get a dispatch email so I emailed Just Gift Direct and seems like they're based in China, not UK. Not professional at all, I was told the navy blue fleece was coming from supplier so can't send until its arrived, I asked them to send me a different colour as need asap for a gift, they said they have sent my order but haven't said what colour they've sent no tracking or courier info. Also for some reason, I ended up paying an extra £4.99 for Wowcher VIP. I emailed as soon my confirmation email arrived to ask them to refund it as I haven't used Wowcher before and won't be again, and I've still had no response from them......worst purchase ever

Bought 2 fans via Living Social which were sourced from Justgift direct. Got delivery of one and absolutely terrible product.

They don't even deserve a star. Do not order from this company they are a scam. Ordered a tablet for my autistic son, arrived dirty, with bits of food, doesn't hold charge and keeps switching off by its self.
Get offered pathetic refunds to save anyone having to go out there way to return. I don't understand how companies like this get away with it! Wowcher are just as bad for promoting the products.

I ordered a breast pump that did not work at all. I contacted them twice without luck, so I had to contact the voucher provider I used and only after that someone got back to me. They requested a picture and a video of the faulty item. After sending both I received a reply that they are afraid it will not work but to save me the hassle of sending the product back they can issue a partial refund of £8 (I paid £20) and this is really all they can do for me. At the end I agreed because I was tired of it and I was not going to argue about £12 but just to warn everyone - save yourself trouble and do not order from them no matter how tempting it seems. I have a feeling this is how they work- send a faulty item to then just refund a part of the money (not even half) and get rid of the crap they sell. Also refund only via PayPal LOL (which means in reality I got £7.30 back) 😅
