Goods ordered were not fit for purpose. Selling on Wowcher.
Steer clear at all cost

Bought a 3 in 1 wireless charger stand but it will only charge 1 at a time. If I put my phone and watch on you it won’t charge , remove either one then it starts to charge. Complete waste of money. Avoid

BEWARE!!!!!! FRAUD. Wowcher and justgift together are awful. Send a faulty tablet. I am trying to return. Wowcher reply to WhatsApp message after 1-2 days and always say that we have sent them an email and they reply the same email copy and paste everyday. Just beating around the bush. They want us to be tired and keep the faulty product. Total fraud. Both wowcher and just gift have no phone line. Avoid them it’s total scam!!!!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

Items I ordered (Christmas PJs) were awful quality and cheap material. Worst of all, Christmas was misspelt on the front (spelt 'Christma'). You then have to pay for returns.
To make matters worse, I have yet to receive a refund and the company refuse to offer me a full refund. I returned the items to the address provided in the packaging, however I was apparently expected to contact customer services to ask for a different returns address. At no point was this communicated to me when my return request was sent to them (and myself) by Wowcher.
While customer services are quick to respond to emails, communication is extremely frustrating i.e. they do not seem to read the emails properly.
First and last time that I'll be using this company and Wowcher.

Awful experience from start to finish. First of I was guaranteed delivery ‘on or before’ 01.03.22 . (I ordered at the beginning of February. It’s literally just arrived and it IS NOT what I ordered what so ever. I ordered an orange 9 inch kids tablet with soft doggy case. And some cheap 6 inch plastic chinese phone/tablet arrived. It’s barely the size of a phone let alone a tablet , measured it and it’s definitely not 9 inches like in the tittle. The whole tablet is in chinese so I can’t read or use it. It states there are ‘built in fun and educational games’ - there is nothing. Not a single app. No app store to download games either. It was brought for my daughter who’s now in tears as she’s been waiting a month for it to arrive and now it’s here and it doesn’t even work. It states there’s a “ Durable lightweight, protective sleeve”. There is nothing - NO CASE you what so ever. No charger. Nothing. I have emailed and emailed complaining and asking for a refund and I was just sent the same copied and pasted message 3 times stating that i’d have to pay to send it back? That’s absolutely ridiculous, i’m taking this to the police and trading standards after reading these other reviews. You’re just going round scamming people left right and centre.

What a shocking company. Charged £9.99 postage for the order to take nearly two weeks to come.
Once the item arrived it was mostly in Chinese and not suitable for my two year old.
The returns process is awful. Even though proof of problems was provided the company still dragged its feet in sorting out a return and full refund.
Once a full refund is issued it can take 7-10 working days (so 2 weeks to get your money)
I still haven’t received mine!

All in all I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. If a deal looks to good to be true it normally is!

Ordered matching Christmas pyjamas in good faith to arrive on or before 21st Dec then dispatch emails stating delivery on or before 23rd Dec, pyjamas never arrived..these were ordered via Wowcher, 1 order for 4 pairs of pyjamas and had to pay 4xpostage, absolute rip off!!
Neither Wowcher or Just Gift Direct have been of any help in claiming a refund although Wowcher have responded to enquires Just gift have not replied to emails.
My advice would be avoid this company!!

Order due on 14th December...nothing has arrived.

Terrible service

Ordered a camera and I have emailed loads of time no tracking number no emails money gone out of bank fuming !!! Do not order from these through wowcher S*#t

I ordered through Wowcher on the 14th December. I received no tracking information or update about my order. It said it was due to be delivered on or before the 20th... that day had passed and still nothing. I tried to contact the company directly and received no reply.

Update: The company reached out on the 22nd and the item was delivered on 23rd.

This company is let down by woucher. I ordered a camera for my little girl for Christmas. I had to keep looking at my woucher a section on woucher for updates of dispatch and tracking and even before the delivery due date, woucher had removed any tracking! Which obviously wasn’t helpful. It told me to contact the company directly which I did. It is a very busy time of year and the company took a couple of days to get back to me. They were amazing and sent me proof of them doing everything their end correctly, provided me with a tracking number and kept in touch with me. I received my camera and my little girl is going to love it. Bad woucher!!! Brilliant customer service from this company! Very happy and would use them direct in the future. Many thanks to you guys!! They misinformed me about my parcel and when it was going to be delivered then carried on waffling on about it being stuck in shipping and its busy time of year 🙄🙄 like i dont know. Upon further investigation i have realised this dude is based in china im sure and sending stuff from there to london and then to the customers. The advent calendars i had ordered for the neighbours children were delivered a couple of days ago what the hell am i meant to do with them now! Apparently to return them u have to pay postage aswell so great👍🏼 well done to the business owner you really make my faith stronger on not using companies through these silly websites! teach me next time not to trust wowcher bunch of crap! 😡😡 will stick to local businesses and face to face shopping next time!

Bought a product from this company through Wowcher. The product advertisement was seemingly a popular brand but when it arrived it was clearly a knock off. Customer services offered a refund but they were difficult to deal with and wasn't worth the hassle to return.

Would give them zero stars. Do not buy from them. Disgusting company as they are unable to provide tracking/delivery details and blaming time of year etc.

Asking when advent calendar will be here should of been here end of November. Still not here

No point - like another reviewer below, I ordered an advent calendar for my daughter in mid-November, with assurances of delivery by the end of November, item still hasn't been received by the courier (Hermes) on the 3rd December. Too many suppliers involved, prefer one throat to choke. Lesson learned, won't use them again.
